Great support from Adrian I. He was clear professional and extremely helpful. He was able to assist straight away via the live chat and within 5 mins I knew what needed to be actioned on my end. Much appreciated.
Very positive outcome. I liked the fact that they worked through all the issues, as I was coming to them with after another ISP/hosting biz, went bust and left me out in the cold. I am not the most technical person these days, however, was muddling my way through issues I had, the Heart support team, just kept working with me and we got the domain back to me, the ftp working again, email and more. I could not be more grateful that they problem solved, are affordable to a small user like myself and offered advice that was not just sales based to get me back on track. I cannot fault the effort, I have read some of the reviews here, which seem a little harsh, yes you are not going to get 24/7 instant per minute support, however, I believe they was timely and efficient, never waited more than a few hours during the day for a reply via their support ticket interface, to then action or upload screen shots. The user backend UI is streamlined, however, you can get to advanced settings if that is what you want, and the hosting or CPanel depending on your plan, are fine to admin email, extras, installs, DB etc. I will move my other domains over as they come up for renewal elsewhere. A good postive experience and I have already recommended their services, which I am happy to do.
Just the most understanding, articulate, helpful and determined to get a sollution. I'm a computer nerd, Even had to be coached to take and send a screenshot. Their patience and understanding was outstanding, their coaching concise and their solution orientated attitude remarkable. I have a domain with Heart Internet and want it transferred to another provider. I've submitted emails to Sales (as requested) but they never answer. The new provider has submitted requests, which Heart also ignore. I contacted the company through Facebook with an issue I had with my account. I had great communication out of hours and they arranged for a member of staff to call me at a convenient time on Monday. The staff were brilliant, very friend and my issue was fixed within minutes.
Used to be a great company, as seen by all the awards they have listed on their site. But all those awards are at least 10 years old. The customer interface is possibly older than that, very dated to say the least - but it does work, at least. I say work, the hosting I had wouldn’t allow you to make your site secure, and the interface for managing your server, or shared server, was terrible. I had to move my sites elsewhere so I could get them padlocked up for visitors! The main reason for the single star is the lack of timely support. It shouldn’t take a day or more to get an answer to a fairly simple query. They do have a live chat feature, but it’s only available during weekdays and only office hours. The internet is a 24-7 medium and their product is internet! Used to be so much better.

Great experience with this company-providing a server for my small business website. Any issues, i could solve it by contacting their support team via chat or raising tickets. would have preferred to deal with them via phone calls but, that service is not on offer for the package I have.
