Good friendly service but omg the spamming emails with constant offers from hays drives you nuts.

Teresa at Cannon Park,Coventry is amazing and so caring. She guided me through the different options of the places I wanted to go. Teresa is so good at what she does and it seems effortless for her. She even looked at the flight times for me as I was taking a youngster. Teresa found the perfect holiday for me in no time at all and the next day I returned to see her with the passports and she booked us in and sorted the Euros for us. We visited the Dunoon branch over two consecutive days before booking a holiday to Portugal. Scott and Louise were both friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Booked another holiday for October with the really lovely friendly helpful Ruby. We had previously been in to book a 2 week holiday for August & Ruby had been extremely helpful to find a lovely hotel & a fab deal for us. We have always booked our holidays through Hays travel & have to say Hays Travel must vet their staff well as I’ve always had the best experience & professional service from all the staff.
