I wouldn’t use any other travel agent - the girls are so nice - friendly and knowledgeable- having a real person as a contact is essential for me - I prefer having someone who is on hand makes the whole travel experience more personal

Angela understands us well as customers which enables her to search for the best deals and offers which she knows we will approve of. Booking our March 2026 holiday was so simple.. We knew exactly what we wanted and Angela priced it very favourably so we booked.. Simple with no hassel.. Recommend Hays in Wellingborough 100%

Kiera at the Talke branch was great. We visited the store to look for some last minute deals for 2025 and Kiera sat down with us and listened to what we were looking for. Even after we left the branch Kiera sent us emails with different deals and even found us a great deal for a cruise in 2026 that we have been wanting to do for years. Great service all round and very happy with our booking.

Despite myself and my friend not having a clue where we wanted to go or which board basis Olivia from the Washington branch showed great skill and patience. Olivia told us of some personal recommendations and we came out of the shop well pleased with our holiday booking. A credit to your work team- thank you Olivia.
