Booked another holiday for October with the really lovely friendly helpful Ruby. We had previously been in to book a 2 week holiday for August & Ruby had been extremely helpful to find a lovely hotel & a fab deal for us. We have always booked our holidays through Hays travel & have to say Hays Travel must vet their staff well as I’ve always had the best experience & professional service from all the staff.
