Fabulous service from Donna Payne. She always goes that extra mile which means a lot as I'm a double amputee and my wife is a cancer patient. It's so important that we get the right accommodation and location to suit our needs so we can enjoy our holiday to the maximum. Thanks again Donna

We have booked a Riviera river boat cruise in August'25 with Hays Travel in Ringwood. All the staff at different times in the booking progress have been very helpful and supportive. In particular, Katie was instrumental in booking our holiday in a very professional and knowledgeable which appeared to make the process very easy and understandable.

As always the staff were polite and helpful. We had seen the holiday we wanted (a TUI holiday) but wanted to make sure we weren't missing some other potentially better options. It ended up that the holiday we had seen was the best choice so Hays price matched the online offer and sorted it all out. We previously had a flight cancellation while in the US (while we were asleep) and woke up to an email saying that it had happened and they had dealt with it. Having Hays be the booking agent means that we know there won't be any stress at all.

Jess was very helpful, friendly and efficient.She took time to look at all the options - nothing was too much trouble. She responded promptly to any queries afterwards and put together a holiday package that met our requirements.

Can't praise Salford Hays Travel enough, so happy that the shop as re-opened after a refurb, as always the staff are friendly, amiable and knowledgeable and will go the last mile to help, would not book with anyone else.

Nice lady but couldn’t find my previous quote, noisy teller in background counting £’000s of pounds out. I found i could have saved a lot of money booking directly with easyjet which i did while waiting.
