Easy and straightforward

I recently booked a holiday through Hays travel in Falkirk. The agent, Margaret, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Margaret planned and coordinated our holiday with ease and made the whole process a pleasant experience. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. I will definitely be using this service again rather than the stress of booking online myself.
