Very helpful safe jack and Kate

We were not sure where we were going and which day this year . We were helped to find a good solution without feeling rushed.

Lauren is very friendly and welcoming. She searched lots of options before visiting the shop and also when we saw her face to face to make sure we got the right flights for our holiday. We ended up flying for Teesside which is alway a bonus flying local. Lauren provides support booking and agreed to look out when we can book seats on the flight. She keeps in touch and this is the third time I’ve booked through Lauren, she takes the stress out of booking on line yourself. Great service. Thanks again for looking after us.

Hays were extremely helpful in finding us a resort with our requested accommodation needs and handling the whole process for us.

I called into hays travel earlier this year wanting to book a short break for my sister and myself, I spoke to anabella, who was amazing at giving me some ideas, because I wanted to go away nxt year annabella, said she would call me in July when the flights 4 nxt year came out, she was true to her word and located a fab hotel in Cork,Ireland it looks amazing ,aniway I have booked and will be going to Cork next may along with my sister, so thanx so much annabella ur a star
