Lovely Jamie leigh, very helpful and pleasant. Sorted our holiday out that we had chosen. Very methodical. Answered all questions and nothing bothered her.

Nicola was fab, friendly and efficient! I had already found a holiday I wanted and she got on to it straight away, contacting the tour operator to secure the booking ( because there was a glitch on their booking system) Nicola went through holiday details with me and checked that I was happy with them. Couldn’t ask for more really!…….just looking forward to my holiday now!

As I have said before the girls in this shop are more than excellent at their jobs.They listen to what you want in a hotel etc.

We ask for Layla if possible to help with our holidays, but all the staff are very helpful and friendly. We had a couple of loud people in at the same time as us and feel the shop would benefit from some sort of partitions or alcoves.

The lady who looked after me was absolutely brilliant, my holiday was fantastic and it was all down to her advice and service. Thanks. Alan Mooney.

We went to Hays travel to ask about a cruise for next summer, Chantel was really helpful explaining it all to us as we've never been on a cruise before, advised us with alot of things that we didnt already know, very happy with the service we received & looking forward to our cruise next summer

We went in not fully knowing where we would like to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary, but left knowing we have booked a fantastic hotel and local area. Thanks to Amy who was very patient with us and found us this holiday. We will definitely be back to book our next adventure with Hays
