I always go to hayes whenever I can, because I have always been very satisfied with their help. Even more so when I they are able to print my boarding passes for me.

Rhiann our adviser was fantastic - she was very friendly and very efficient too - she took time and care to make sure we got the holiday we wanted at a good price.

Fab service very helpful cant remember the ladies name that I spoke to on the phone. But she was brilliant. Very patient when I couldn't get the payment to go through. She even gave me some tips about where to go on a day trip.

Nicola, the sales assistant advised with a wealth of experience on a holiday we had never taken before. A river cruise, having determined our preference's she was able to advise what looks like being the perfect holiday. Can't wait.
