We called at the Carrick branch as we had booked through Hayes before. The Hayes rep was very helpful and gave us a number of options on hotels etc. The process of booking our holiday was very easy and straightforward thanks to the help we received from Hays staff in Carrick.

We have booked several holidays through our local Hays Carrickfergus branch, and have always found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful, efficient. They always go to extreme lengths to fulfil our requirements.

To get booked on Freds cruise was good but I asked for the early evening sitting ( as I always do ) but when I got the forms via Gosports office I see my choice is ; anytime . No I asked for and want the early sitting otherwise the staff very good
