Marie, Widnes, Very helpful getting a price and eventually booking and paying for the cruise. Unfortunately system went down, when it came back minutes later flights for cruise no longer available and refund was going to be processed. However Marie sourced another with flight still available and booking completed. Process explained for check in, getting boarding pass/luggage labels. Thank you

Our consultant Judith was excellent. We made a previous visit and let the consultant know what we wanted. Later that day we had info. Made an appointment and finalised details and our cruise was booked. Judith was very very good we admired her patience in dealing with MSC. 100% satisfied

I had a lovely visit at Marple Branch the New Manager dealt with our holiday. He was very helpful and explained all info of our holiday . Love the staff in this branch as they are so friendly and helpful.

Seen the holiday on line, rang the lady up and she was so helpful, it was straightforward and booked within 10 mins. Always available to contact will be definitely using the company again.
