We went in with no idea where wanted to go and came out armed with lots of information. The advisor was so knowledgeable and was able to answer any question we had for her .

I contacted Hays for holiday info and was responded to immediately with what I required . Then asked for Laura to contact me ASAP which she did with the relevant info which led to me then booking up . Everything is so straight forward and quick and any queries are dealt with efficiently.

We received the best service ever from Dianne as usual. Dianne is friendly , knowledgable and nothing is too much trouble for her. She makes absolutely sure our holiday is going to be the best and just what we are looking for. All the team are friendly and courteous and we look forward to seeing these girls.

Took great care and patience to find what I needed have dealt with Hays since they were in Southwick Square never been disappointed

Everything was fine except that the person dealing with us kept looking up from the computer screen every time someone came in the door. Very distracting. Also, we walked in and booked a holiday costing £2500. We expected to pay a deposit but were asked to pay the total amount there and then. This was not mentioned until the end. Despite the fact that the premises has recently undergone a renovation it is hard to believe nobody suggested privacy screens. I walked out of the place knowing the customer at the next desk’s name, address and phone number.
