Did our research and chose Harvey based on their reputation. Windows are well-made and the installation was professional. Price was competitive for the quality received.
From initial consultation to final installation, Harvey Windows delivered on their promises. The sales rep was knowledgeable without being pushy, and the installation was completed on time. House feels much more comfortable now.
The windows are nice quality but we had several scheduling conflicts that delayed our project by almost three weeks. Once installed, everything looks good and functions properly. Just wish the process had been smoother.
The windows themselves are high quality and look beautiful in our home. However, there were some delays in communication from the office staff about scheduling changes. Installation went well once they arrived though.
While the final product looks good, there were some issues during installation that required a return visit to fix properly. The team did come back and resolve everything, but it was an inconvenience. Windows perform well now though.
Had our entire home's windows replaced by Harvey Windows and couldn't be happier. The installation crew was professional, clean, and finished the job in two days. The windows look great and we're already noticing a difference in our energy bills.
Had a great experience from start to finish. The consultation was thorough, pricing was transparent, and installation exceeded expectations. Would definitely recommend to neighbors.
These windows are definitely an investment, but the quality shows. Installation was smooth and the team explained everything they were doing. Only minor complaint is the scheduling took longer than expected to coordinate.
