Haboodle Estate Agents Reviews

Ravi especially was absolutely fantastic from the outset. He is exceptional, always engaged and pushes from start to very end. Haboodle engage services to support the sales process through completeASAP but with Ravi as engaged as he is there is no need and no value provided by completeASAP. Our buyers solicitor were painful to manage causing unnecessary delay but Ravi was pushing everyday consistently updating all parties. I would definitely recommend Ravi as the best estate agent I have ever worked with.

Ravi was amazing throughout the whole process of buying our house, we kept being hit with delays but he kept us informed and always answered my calls and texts promptly!

I had a great experience when I came to sell my flat in Tooting Bec. I'd had really bad experiences with other local agents and was considering taking it off the market. Thankfully I found Ravi!! He has a wealth of experience and local knowledge which is not matched by any other agent. He gave us a personalized service, which made the experience easier, he kept us up to date with progress and guided us through everything. I've since kept in touch and talked to him about our next move and his opinions on the market. He is always willing to help, I can't recommend him enough!

We invited 3 estate agents to give us a probate evaluation on my late uncles house in S Wimbledon. The honesty and transparency of Ravi immediately struck us and there was no attempt to push his services on us. We had no hesitation in asking Ravi to act for us. In the process of selling the house he has always been available for us and he has continually had our best interests at the fore and those of all our family. His communication is excellent. Ravi truly acts for his customers.

We used Dan at Haboodle for our recent home move. Not only was he super helpful in giving so much advice about the property, he even recommended mortgage brokers and solicitors to use. They in turn were also amazing and this was just what I needed in a period of my life that was already stressful. Dans knowledge, commitment and professionalism helped us immensely. We are now happy in our new home and I can’t thank Dan enough.

A great experience working with Dan! Strong communication and valuable advice throughout the entire process of purchasing my first home. Dan is professional and personable and I would recommend him to anybody.

Dan helped us sell our first house, and was already really helpful in our search for our second house. He’s incredibly knowledgeable about the area and the market and really went above and beyond to help us through ever step. He found our buyers within a week of listing and achieved a price we were all happy with. While our completion was ultimately delayed, this was due to other parties in the chain and Dan remained on the front foot throughout.

We worked with Dan at Haboodle to list our detached bungalow in Purley. Following some positive reviews online and a series of sold signs popping up in the vicinity of our property we decided to give him a call. Have to say the personal approach and clearly knowledgeable and well tenured professionalism purveyed was a breath of fresh air compared to the high street chains. After 3 months of next to nothing with the previous agent, we went on the market with Haboodle and were inundated with activity the very next day, resulting in a perfectly sourced buyer. Dan kept us up to date continuously throughout the process and was extremely helpful in making the all important negotiations an informed decision. Highly recommended.

I used haboodle to sell my two bedroom flat in Croydon. Communication and service was excellent . I was kept informed throughout the sales process. Highly recommend!!

I appointed Haboodle to sell my flat in SW London and what a job they did! Within 3 weeks, we had found a buyer and a great price. The service from Daniel was exceptional start to finish and his knowledge was just amazing! If you are selling in South London, you need to call Haboodle!

I cannot praise Haboodle highly enough. Selling my late mother's house from 400 miles away was a daunting task, and yet Dan went above and beyond at every stage to make the whole process work as seamlessly as possible. Absolutely first rate service, and a lovely chap to deal with too. Thank you!

Dan was always helpful, knowledgeable and available. As first time buyers, we appreciated his candour and advice through a process that was completely new to us.

Haboodle have been really great as estate agents while we are in process of purchase our home. Dan in particular has been very helpful, keeping us informed every step of the way and in helping us to coordinate with Solicitors ,Mortgage broker and Vendor. He has been so patient in answering our queries and also arranged viewing of the property as we have requested for viewing on 3 different occasions before making a decision to purchase the property. Would definitely recommend Haboodle. -Raj

I sold my flat with Dan from Haboodle and I wanted to write a review to say thank you for making it so easy. Dan has years of experience and is very knowledgeable when it comes to the property market. Would highly recommend to anybody wishing to buy or sell a property.

Agent offered extremely limited viewing times. I was very interested in this property but unfortunately I wasn’t able to attend my appointment (although received a confirmation email that I had attended). Seeking a property via a more reputable agent..

Sold with Haboodle, what an experience!! They are the best, always checking in to make sure everything was ok! We will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Dan from Haboodle has made the process of me buying my dream home so enjoyable whilst reassuring me throughout the process. Although it’s not my first rodeo, as you know, Home purchasing can always be daunting. He has recommended great professionals allowing the process to be smooth and prompt. Very responsive & helpful already recommended to friends & will use again for future investment properties :)

Dan has been amazing supporting us with the house purchase. He is very professional, approachable, and uses modern tech to support the agency practicalities, which is refreshing. Would highly recommend Haboodle's services

Daniel is a standout estate agent, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a commitment to transparency. He keeps clients informed at every stage of the process, providing updates even when there may be little to report. This dependable and trustworthy approach goes a long way in alleviating the typical stresses associated with property transactions, and working with him gives me a sense of confidence and peace of mind.
