Detached property in Purley Sold
We worked with Dan at Haboodle to list our detached bungalow in Purley. Following some positive reviews online and a series of sold signs popping up in the vicinity of our property we decided to give him a call. Have to say the personal approach and clearly knowledgeable and well tenured professionalism purveyed was a breath of fresh air compared to the high street chains. After 3 months of next to nothing with the previous agent, we went on the market with Haboodle and were inundated with activity the very next day, resulting in a perfectly sourced buyer. Dan kept us up to date continuously throughout the process and was extremely helpful in making the all important negotiations an informed decision. Highly recommended.
