I went to the shop in Westfield Stratford. My first time…..I was looking for items to buy for my disabled Grandson to encourage him to visit the Gym. I thought the shop was great….plenty of room to look, easy to look at the sizes and I loved the clothing…lots in his size. The staff were really helpful and got me a tape measure and showed me popular items. They have a Wheelchair model in the window….so encouraging. I bought two items and will go back for his Xmas Present.
Ordered a large blue water bottle, paid £35 which I wouldn’t normally spend but it was a gift for my boyfriend. It arrived quickly however when I opened the box, the water bottle was quite clearly purple. In different lighting it still looks purple, at best a shade of Indigo, but certainly not the shade of blue advertised on the website. Managed to speak to customer services via email who sent me links to return / exchange which was useless as the item is apparently non-returnable. Based on the fact the item has been missold, I’ve requested an exchange for the black water bottle… awaiting a response now. Although based on some reviews here, the exchange process doesn’t look promising either. This has put me off ordering from this place again.

I love gymshark clothes but their customer service team is really disappointing. On two occasions now I’ve returned items and they’ve refunded me for only some of them claiming that the rest were not found in the returned parcels. May I recommend more thorough checks at the warehouse? It can’t be that items magically disappear and gymshark is not held accountable for.
High quality materials and finish to the 2 zip hoodies I've purchased recently, fast , really fast delivery, well packaged, so no worries about rain etc , realistically sized as advertised stuff , highly recommend you guys .
I have pretty poor customer service experience with Gymshark, i have returned an item and requested an update exchnage, the return stuck with with Evri as usual, its been 8 days, i even sent all the tracking information which gymshark arranged the tracking, i have politely requested an early exchange as i due to travel next week, unfortunately they can only exchnage once they receive item, which is fair, i then asked to process refund only when they received the item, they said they can't do it while its in transit, which is fair again i said take a note now and process the refund or let me know when you receive the item i will them what to do... You can see the whole experience for a simple request, i am expecting some degree of consideration when customer requests genuinely, terms and conditions always don't work because the process needs to be tailored for a better customer experience and it's important to build some trust on your customers. I had very similar experience with Mauvias brand their customer service is just top class infact they did everything they can almost instantly. I think its important for businesses to have close look at whats happening and tweak the system so the business will still run efficiently and profitably without loosing customers. I am not questioning or concerned about what customer support team does, but not every situation is same, don't go by book all the time. Please take this as a positive feedback to improve customer experience rather negative.

I purchased a pair of tracksuit bottoms, within the first wash, the colour had faded and by ten washes at 30 degrees, they have started to shrink alot. I have also noticed that the company website is full of people who do not represent me anymore.
Had a quality issue with a pair of joggers, provided images and description of issue on the chat functionality and very quickly received a response. By the next day I had a brand new replacement.
Bestilte en Onyx 5.0 på droppet 16.10.2025, første problemet jeg fikk var at jeg aldri fikk melding på om den var sendt eller ikke. Etter jeg kontakt med kundeservice fikk jeg mail om at den var sendt og at den var her hos meg senest 27.10.2025. 12 dager etter bestilling, altså 28.10.2025 så ble produktet mitt tilbakebetalt. Jeg skjønte ingenting så jeg tokk kontakt med kundeservice igjen. Noen timer senere får jeg beskjed om at de ikke hadde nokk på lager. Nå vil jeg også dere skal vite at de sendte rundt e-mails til folk omtrent 4-5 dager etter droppet og sa at bestillingen deres var kansellert fordi de ikke hadde nokk på lager. Da tenkte jo jeg åpenbart at siden jeg ikke fikk den mailen tidligere så kom alt til å være i orden. Men nei, jeg venta 12 dager for ingenting. Om jeg oppsummerer alt så vil jeg si at jeg er svært misfornøyd.
Good products, good service.
I was honestly excited to make my first Gymshark order, but this experience has completely put me off the brand. I bought the Varsity Graphic Oversized Joggers (Black, M), they looked great when they arrived but after just one wash, following exactly the care instructions (cold water, gentle cycle, air dry), they shrank so much that they don’t even fit anymore. I contacted customer support with photos and explained that I followed all the steps they recommend. The replies I got were just copy-paste messages saying the item was “tested before going on sale” and that “shrinking isn’t a manufacturing fault.” There was no real conversation, no attempt to help, not even basic empathy. This shows how much they acknowledge the weak quality of their products and the lack of interest on clients satisfaction. They are a brand that lives based on investing in adds and over price tags.
