Best modest gym wear I’ve found. Lightweight even while covering from Neck to mid thigh. Just need more colours now please :)

Parcel got lost and was never delivered.

I don’t normally leave reviews but I Still haven’t received next day delivery order. First one got lost they offered a replacement. Then the second one stopped updating It’s been almost 10 days of going back and forth. Beyond frustrated. Certainly won’t be ordering from them again, awful

I absolutely loved the staff, ever so kind. The fitting cabins were very clean and being able to play with the lighting is awesome! Would come everyday if I could, that gym looks incredible ..

Een grote bestelling gedaan voor mij en mijn vrouw, wat dingen gehouden en wat dingen terug gestuurd. Ook 1 shirt die ik moest ruilen voor een grotere maat. Dit aangegeven op het retourformulier. Aangegeven in de klarna app en betaald wat wij hielden.Het shirt werd netjes door gymshark geruild en geleverd. Echter staat het bedrag van het shirt dat nog betaald moet worden verkeerd en is hierdoor te duur. De communicatie via de mail loopt alles behalve soepel, meerdere keren moet ik opnieuw alles uitleggen omdat na elk mailtje de case gesloten word, en word er een belofte gedaan om de factuur aan te passen. Uiteindelijk omdat het niet aangepast werd nogmaals contact opgenomen. Ik moet weer mijn verhaal uitleggen. Het antwoord: uw factuur word niet aangepast, ik moet contact opnemen met klarna. Dit is de fout van gymshark en niet van klarna. Ik word totaal niet geholpen en zal op deze manier niet meer bij gymshark willen bestellen aangezien blijkbaar de kans groot is dat het fout gaat en je niet geholpen word. Ook zie ik dit gewoon als oplichting, een hoger bedrag vragen dan de prijzen die op hun eigen site staan.

Great products and speedy delivery .

Begon als een gave fitness merk maar ik zie nu buik shirtjes en adveteren alleen op plus modelen(wat natuurlijk goed is!) maar lijkt een beetje zijn imago kwijt te raken van een gave gym merk met top atleten. Al mijn kleding weg gedaan zit niet fijn na 2 keer wassen. Ik ben overgestapt op Nike, Assics en new balance. Dat bevalt mij heel goed!

Guys you need to improve your customer service and change delivery company

J’ai commandé deux gourde à 12 euros pièces la qualité est médiocre ! Idem que sur Temu . Ma femme a cassé ça gourde le troisième jours . Et il l’on fait une carte cadeaux moin cher que le prix de la gourde ! Bref rapide à répondre mais qualité médiocre . Ne pas se fier aux influenceurs.

Always love the fit and quality of gym shark clothing it washes so well amd I gym 5 to 6 tomes weekly sometimes 3 times a day so its used alot never looses shape or bobbles.

Leveringen zijn ronduit slecht. Pakket thuis laten bezorgen is niet mogelijk. Wordt dan in een willekeurig budbee box geplaatst in een stad dichts bij je woonplaats. In mijn geval betekend dat dat ik een 20 min moet rijden en parkeer kosten moet betalen om mijn bestelling op te kunnen halen. Ook koos ik voor de expres levering welke 1 tot 2 dagen zou moeten duren. Na 5 dagen wachten, kreeg ik te horen dat er nog 4 bij zouden komen door vertraging.

I’m disappointed with the quality of the garments I purchased — they didn’t feel as durable or well-made as I expected for the price. On top of that, Gymshark’s system makes it frustratingly difficult to leave feedback. You can’t submit a review directly on the product page unless you receive one of their random automated emails. As someone who wasn’t signed in when purchasing, I was completely blocked from sharing my experience, which feels unfair and non-transparent. I hope they improve both the product quality and the review system so that customers can leave honest feedback more easily.

Very very poor customer service. I have ordered over $200+ on clothing. When my package arrived they missed out one of the items, I than emailed to send me a replacement but they said it was “out of stock” I asked if I could get a different size with same colour if that was the case, still they couldn’t do that, they offered me for a refund or credit I have asked for credit code because I originally wanted to try and buy the same item again. the amount I spent for the “jumper missing” I paid $76 with the first time buyer code but they have pumped up their price to $95 from $85 They say it’s sold but really it’s still available, just doesn’t want to give it to you. With the credit code I still need to pay extra shipping plus more on the items so I can use all the money on credit AGAIN! I didn’t end not end up buying the hoodie because it used to be $85. For some reason they bumped it $10 more. Fast forwards I made second order With 3 items I have spent extra money AGAIN! For this. Same shit happened AGAIN! One of the items are “not available” so they refunded me the money I spent for that item AGAIN Now I have to make a third order and pay MORE MONEY AGAiN. I have not been offered any compensation for lack of customer service. They don’t care about you, they just want your money. Bought of other company’s and never had issues with replacing my order or giving me extra credit etc. But this was my first ever ordering from gymshark and this was my experience. Very disappointing. Don’t waste your time and money. Spend it somewhere else where you receive great customer service.

Habe mir hier Oberteile bestellt, weil ich die immer im Fitnessstudio sehe. Bin zufrieden.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this brand!! As an active wear consumer I’ve tried so many different brands but, this is the only one that can really keep up with me in the gym consistently. My favorite is the legacy logo leggings! And I’m PRAYING for some new colors and patterns soon!

Just spent about $300 on joggers none of them support my phone always falls out. I don’t understand why the pockets are so shallow.

Payer 60€ des leggings qui se déchire en 6 mois .. pourtant laver et sécher comme indiqué. Je ne commanderais plus.
