Ordered the 6 tier 2.5kg to 20kg hex dumbbell set. Material and look is a good quality. Really happy with the product. The weight of the product causes issues with deliver as the courier will deliver in parts. I assume this is to keep shipment prices down for the customer so can't fault it. However, there was a delay in my last shipment where the status took a little time to change. I called Gym Set UK customer services and Harriet (who answered) was brilliant. Explained the situation and made my complaint feel valid. Even though I was just having a bad day. Lol! Thank you for your gold star customer service.

Not overly impressed with quality - many of the dumbbells have imperfections or marks, and the tree rubber protectors had to be glued to stay in place. Tracking was hit and miss with it being provided for three out of four parcels, so left wondering about the fourth which arrived late into the evening with no notification. Overall 3* for value for money.

I found my order to be the best value for money. I did have to request for a replacement of the item but this was very swiftly rectified with no fuss! Thank you Leas.

I read some of the reviews on here, and thought for the price difference vs other companies, it was worth a go. After 4 weeks of lies via email, saying they had sent it, and giving fake shipping numbers, i have had to go to my card provider to issue a chargeback request. They have now stopped responding completely, whereas previously it took 4/5 days. Please avoid if you want the actually get your product!

Great quality products ( I got the adjustable dumbells with the stand, the multigym and the bench) and really helpful customer service - sorted out a few bolts for me. Particularly love my adjustable dumbells - perfect for a home gym. Highly recommend.

Gym sets are an amazing business. They get everything right. The kit is superb and really robust well engineered and well manufactured. There customer service is personal, real people who care about customer satisfaction. Their logistic reach is awesome. Deliveries within 2 days. I had a slight problem with a faulty part on their otherwise world class equipment. Fir the record it was a spring pull pin, which are mass manufactured by 3rd parties. I didn't really expect much help if I'm honest.i contacted gym sets and their response, customer service and turnaround with replacing items was nothing short of phenomenal. Special thanks go to Jack and Leas who I dealt directly with. However their exceptional service clearly had the support of great management, amazing logistics and really really good quality products. Thank you to everyone at gym sets. You are amazing
