I never recieved my order, my email isn’t being answered. Its been over a month now and the tracking details keep getting pushed back every time I check - I don’t think this item is ever going to arrive! I feel I have been scammed. I was sent a tracking link to someone else’s address at the other end of the country. I would just like a refund at this point but its impossible to get a reply

Ordered a cable crossover machine, 3 months have passed only to be told by email I have to wait another month, shocking service.

Purchased a Row Erg. Delivery was good, however there were missing parts (the bolts to assemble the Row Erg). I requested the missing bolts (4 No. 6x16mm and 8 No. 6x10mm) and sent a copy of the Assembly instructions that came with the Row Erg. The company sent me 12 No. 6x10mm and said that based on the machine in their warehouse they should fit. I thought I would try, however they did not fit for the 6x16mm requirements. I am still to receive the missing 4 No. 6x16mm now after some weeks and have lost patience and asked for them to arrange collection and a refund. still no response from Gymsets. AVOID

I did some research before purchasing my barbell set. The prices were really good so took a chance. The product quality is great, you'll be impressed. I also had to contact Gym Sets, they were fantastic, so helpful. Anything further I need in terms of my gym equipment, I'm coming here. Highly recommend.

The weights, dumbbells, and rack set turned up in good time and were well packaged. I bought this to replace a weights bench, and I’m really pleased with it. The rack took a little while to set up, but once assembled it’s very sturdy and solid. The weights themselves feel premium quality — definitely not cheap or flimsy — and I really enjoy using them. Customer service was helpful and responsive throughout, so overall a great experience. Does exactly what I needed it to. Highly recommended.

The jump box we ordered was exactly what we wanted, and exactly like those I've seen in the gym. It is both solid enough and soft enough with thick waterproof and removable material. In budget too. It's even better than expected, serving workouts and also working as a foot rest, coffee table and turns my sofa into an L-shaped one. Never thought I would use it so much! No regrets on my purchase and I'll go to Gym Sets Ltd for future purchases.

I recently purchased some hex dumbbells. The price was extremely reasonable and the items arrived swiftly and as described. I was really impressed by the service from the point of purchase through to delivery. I have since placed another order as some of their clearance items were extremely appealing - worth keeping an eye on from time to time!

My experience has been great so far; some of the items I have ordered are preorder but what was in stock has been sent right away and the quality of the bumper plates is fantastic. I’ve had a few questions which have been answered really quickly, Abbie is super helpful. Pricing is really affordable for good quality products, really happy with my decision to buy from gym sets. Will definitely buy again in the future when I’m looking to expand the home gym further!

Great service from Jack at Gymsets. When my delivery arrived the wrong items had been despatched. However, this was all sorted extremely efficiently and promptly by Jack just with a couple of emails. He arranged for incorrect products to be collected the same day and for the correct product to be delivered the next day. Very impressed!

Still waiting for my delivery been intouch with them 3 times still waiting for a reply. Will never shop with them again.
