Avoid, no customer service
Order placed on the 8/11/25, part delivery on the 12/11/25. 75kg Bumper plates sent out in place of cast iron plates and missing bar clips, I've emailed customer service and received a automatised holding email to say they are busy and not to email again or you will go to the back of the queue. As of today 17/11/25 I've had no response to me raising my issues. Given a large part of my order is on preorder and the cast iron plates and now on preorder I have some concerns that anything will be resolved quickly. Spend a few more pounds and buy elsewhere. Zero stars if i could.
