    Routine maintenance service

    I brought my car in for the routine service. The whole department was very helpful and polite. I have completed online check in which is easy to complete and during that process you can select any additional tasks for the mechanic to be undertaken(air con etc). My car was finished professionally by the scheduled time which was great, a stunning service from start to finish. Thank You

    Rude and unprofessional service from…

    Rude and unprofessional service from Alex Everett, at Mercedes-Benz Warrington. Was very quick to tell me over the phone that my warranty was invalid but refused to confirm the same in an email. She eventually went off for 6 days without handing over our conversations to any of her colleagues to pick up in her absence.

    Wouldn't use again

    Wouldn't use again. It had air con issues from the day I bought it. They tried a few things which didn't solve the issue. Alot of time passed and now I think I have found the potential issue and it's not something they investigated before. However I have to pay to have it looked at now which I don't feel is fair considering it was raised from the start.

    Disappointed

    My car was due an MOT which I booked in for a sit and wait. The car was serviced although I said it was not due as it was serviced in January. I was not kept upto date. I asked about my car 5 hrs later but it took another 40 minutes for a response. I spent a total of 6 hrs in the dealership.

    Fantastic service

    Kris at the Hemel Mercedes dealership was fantastic from start to finish. It felt like I was discussing cars with a mate, with honest answers and no feeling of pressure at any time. As a result, Mercedes went from the bottom of the list to me being a very happy customer. Would definitely recommend. Thanks!

    I booked my car in for its first…

    I booked my car in for its first service at group one in Lowestoft. No one on reception on arrival and when I was eventually spoken to the girl who dealt with me was unprofessional rude and patronising saying amongst other things “do You know what’s involved in a service” so I asked to speak to the service manager I was told there was a recall on all Audis and that it would take around 2.5 hours only to be subsequently told that they couldn’t do it today. Why wasn’t I told at the time of booking how long everything would take and why wasn’t I told about the recall ?

    Norwich Jaguar Land Rover Rubbish service

    Vehicle dropped off 9am Mon. Fault diagnosed and told it was a two hour job. After many phones calls to get updates which the phone was hardly ever answered the vehicle was repaired 5 days later! Hard to believe that time is not set aside for adhoc and small repair tasks. Will definitely NOT use JLR again.

    Inchcape Volkswagen Swindon

    Inchcape Volkswagen Swindon I had excellent service from two very helpful sales people. Especially Eddie who helped me with information on using the golf infotainment system. I had previously tried unsuccessfully to navigate the system using the manual but to be given the time to be shown what to do was just what I needed. I will certainly recommend them in the future to anyone looking to buy a car. Service is so important.

    The whole staff team at Warrington…

    The whole staff team at Warrington Toyota were great in helping with any questions I had to sort my new car. They were flexible and reasonable towards pricing and offered a quick turnaround for trading my car in and taking the new one away. Elliot was the person that dealt with me first hand and was extremely helpful and explanatory through the entire process, sitting in the car with me at the end to explain all the features. I will absolutely be back at the end of my current deal for another car from here. Hard to pick fault at anything and the service matches the quality of cars that are provided.

    My 2019 Audi A5 Quattro went in for MOT…

    My 2019 Audi A5 Quattro went in for MOT to Cheshire Oaks Audi and I advised the dealership that the brake warning light had come on earlier in the week which required investigation. I had a call to say front brake discs needed replacing even though car had been braking fine and not showing any sign of wear and the pads were only 40% worn at last service 2 months ago - disc and pad replacement cost us £ 800. I got in the car to drive home and the warning light came on immediately so car went back into workshop and I was advised now that the brake sensor wiring harness needs replacing and potentially this was the reason for the warning light and not the brakes and discs. I have now been told we will be charged another £350 just for labour to replace this additional part plus £91 for the part. Also found today by chance that the brake fluid container cap was loose in the engine compartment so clearly was not replaced last week which is negligent and potentially dangerous. I believed Audi could be trusted to give the best service but I am realising that this is clearly not the case as it is not the 1st time we have had an issue with Cheshire Oaks Audi. I am still waiting for a call back after querying the additional cost for something that should have been picked up last week and as this couild have been changed last week when we paid the labour costs for brakes which I no longer feel was essential at this moment in time.

    Amazing service as always

    Amazing service as always. Michael and Liam at Stockport Audi helped with the sale and this is now my 4th purchase through them. The sale is always fast and seamless! Couldn’t recommend them enough.

    Stay away - Volkswagen Stockport and Group1

    Volkswagen Stockport and group1 as a whole are beyond poor to deal with. Looking at other reviews looks like I'm not the only one. Sold the wrong car (lied to by a manager) and then couldn't be bothered to refund despite telling me it was done. Was told to email the group1 customer email after a Google review to make it look like they are doing something. 3 emails later and still no response after 2 months. What's the next excuse? Reception staff are great but management are beyond poor. Refund was promised 2 weeks ago and finally after chasing numerous times it happened to be told it takes another 10 working days. Promised a phone call 3 days in a row but never happened, never responded to emails once you werent purchasing. Not one apology for providing wrong information aboht a vehicle (that was confirmed by a manager). Disappointing and purchased another brand
