Disappointing and Dismissive Customer Service from Audi UK
While my visit to Chingford Audi was handled professionally at the dealership level, I am extremely dissatisfied with the way Audi UK customer service handled my complaint afterward. After being quoted £1,400 to repair a radar system fault — which occurred without accident, damage, or misuse — I raised a legitimate concern with Audi UK. Despite being a long-term Audi customer, I was met with a dismissive response, no proper investigation, no escalation, and ultimately had my case closed after one email. Audi’s complaints process promises fairness, updates, and a willingness to review further information — none of which were followed. I felt completely unheard and disrespected. This experience has seriously damaged my confidence in Audi as a brand and I will be escalating the matter to the Motor Ombudsman.
