I got served today at Greg’s Gushetfaulds by a lovely girl called Megan so helpful and polite,so 5 star for you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I wish there was more like you

Whenever I buy hot food from Greggs it’s not hot. It’s not even mildly warm.

Hi everyone trust me avoid this place if you want happy day very rude and disrespectful staff went to get coffee had vouchers from insurance company they dealt with me like prisoners because I had vouchers if this poor company can't treat better way than don't give deal or free vouchers to insurance companies really disappointed

Pastries seem to be cold nowadays. I've frequented a few town stores and service stations. It's not appetising anymore.

Did a click and collect order . ready on time . staff were very busy with it being lunch time but as always friendly at Long Eaton Forbes park

Until Greggs take action to stop the blatant theft from some of their shop and some actually filmed on social Media I will no longer shop in their stores. Utter disgrace

On Monday afternoon 5th May I visited Greggs in Asda superstore Wigan. I was spoken to, very abruptly, by a middle-aged+ female employee which was verging on the point of rudeness. There was really no need for it.

I was in Greggs shop in Fort Kinnaird Edinburgh and was served by a man called Ryan What a great guy he was so polite and friendly and most helpful to my wife and myself nothing was a problem for him and very tasty food also he is a great asset for Greggs We will be back and hopefully Ryan will be working Thanks Ryan and Greggs

I'm a regular greggs customer,get my cappuccino every morning before work,but after being told about yet another price increase after the last increase not long ago,it seems greggs are now getting greedy,more about profits now rather than customer satisfaction

Great food but billing aquadrome Northampton shop is never ready when opening always have to wait for stuff to be ready, what's the point of an opening time!

I've had a few issues with my click and collect orders this week. Contacted customer services and get a response within hours. They always listen and sort the issue. A lot of companies could learn from them.

Why is the 'hot' food always cold in Horsham Greggs? Even first thing in the morning you'd expect frest out the oven and hot, as the stores just opened.

Grggs can present significant cleanliness and hygiene concerns. It has been observed that staff members exhibit behaviours such as touching their faces, scratching their skin, handling cash, and managing the cash register without properly washing their hands. This lack of attention to personal hygiene raises serious concerns about the safety of food preparation and service. When these issues are addressed with the staff, they often react defensively, which may hinder efforts to improve sanitation practices.

Even although the Glenrothes shop was extremely busy Jayden our server was helpful, polite and smiling. And the food was fab as always
