Did a uber eats with Greggs portsmouth north harbour and the delivery driver forgot to take the box of 4 pizzas while he picked up the order, so rang the store and a lovely women answered and apologised and said we need to get a refund from uber eats which we done and when we reordered the pizzas she put two more in the box and made it 6 which i thought was very kind of her to do! Lovely♡

Ordered a bacon and omelette baguette it was cold and the omelette was incinerated. Bloody horrible and tasteless.

Greggs , Faraday Retail Park Coatbridge, I would like to say that the staff are very professional and pleasant in this shop and that their customer care is excellent. Well done Greggs and special thanks and priase goes to Shona who always serves with a smile and its a pleasure to come in here and have breakfast or a lunch a couple of times per week. Your doing a great job team Greggs

I haven’t been to Greggs for a while and stopped at Greggs on the M25. What has happened to the baguettes. Thought I had been given a kids portion they are now so small. Still hungry. You have lost a customer for good.

Visit greggs woolshops in Halifax every day, and would. Like to say how amazing Lisa is I think that’s her name she has a cockney accent, she is very friendly and nothing is too much for her , she is a credit to the shop

MAC & Cheese - More like Help me please!!! The product really is not acceptable and clearly can only be provided fresh and not stored in a heat cabinet to go solid and congealed. The baking aspects and ingredients all fell into one and would provide a rival for solvite wallpaper paste. I will attach the products not fit for purpose and when you now look at the traffic lights NOT healthy at all!!!! This was for our lunch and failed to get past mouthful 1! As my wife and I spat out the offending gunk!!! Do you really think it is acceptable to serve such a product? A multi billion company has taken their eyes of the bakery game and not considered what their customer wants. Mac and cheese should be light with a light cheese sauce and crisp breadcrumb and cheese topping. I do not currently believe this product is fit for consumption whilst may, have an issue with health having had more time to read th ingredients that are on the bottom of the package (The package is hot so don't tip it up to try and read the ingredients that should be so transparent before you buy!!!) 2 stars as this is not a personal attack on Greggs who provide many other quality products. Greggs customer team failed to assist my wife with resolve we would accept. Not once did they say they would investigate the product!

Food is always fresh and great customer service the guy that usually serves us is Sanath and he always has a smile on his face

I was in Smithycroft Road in Glasgow today . I was served by Ben who was an absolute legend. Ben was so helpful and friendly. Ben has excellent customer service skills.

The young lad that served me in the Macclesfield branch, Grosvenor Centre, at lunch time, didn't say please or thank you. NOT ONCE. No eye contact etc. How rude and unprofessional. I won't be returning.

I ordered from their harlow Edinburgh road branch sent me burgers in a moulded bread, missing a portion of potato veggies and both pizzas stuck on paper that they wrap it with. Don’t order from them. Not worth the £22 I spent (via uber eats)

The lady at Dunball Greggs Kayleigh is amazing and always so customer focused my wife and I have always had brilliant customer service from her and the lady who works with her normally. I was particularly disappointed whilst waiting to be served the gentleman in front was rude and disrespectful to her. I have always found Kayleigh to be professional and customer focused. The chap was rude and abrasive which made my blood boil. However the Greggs staff employee dealt with the difficult customer brilliantly as she always has been when serving us. Keep on keeping on 5 star service always

Today I called at Greggs at the South bound m61 Rivington Services. I ordered a sausage and bacon roll and a coffee. I then realised the I had left my wallet at home. Embarrassed I explained that I had been wearing shorts for the past few sunny days, and as the weather had changed, I had put jeans on. The manager just said "no problem, have a great day". Service at the highest level. I will call in next week and pay. Thank you Greggs, the food and coffee was fantastic.

My self and my family visited Ledbury today on a day trip. We popped in to your shop for lunch my wife had a voucher number but was unsure how to use it luckily for us your staff member helped us nothing was too much trouble. Big thumbs up . I did apologise for our lack of experience no problem. Thanks again.

Went to the Greggs in Hemel Hempstead Marlows went to eat in and it was disgusting the tables were covered in food split drinks and people were leaving cause there was no where to sit it felt really dirty and disgusting.

Loved the staff there were so kind I would love to come here again

Ordered breakfast this morning for delivery. Breakfast baguettes were cold, the baguettes were soggy and soft. Bacon was burnt and cold, sausage were also well done and cold. Very messy as sauce was squirted in and was all over the outside of the baguettes rather than inside! Ordered also pack of glacéd doughnuts, but wrong item was delivered! Not impressed at all and have already complained to Just Eat. I know shop is busy but please just take some time when preparing the orders and double check to make sure right items are included.

The bacon and cheese wraps I bought in you eltham store were stone cold so I asked the woman that served me to warm them up and she said they can't ? Then a woman I can only assume was in charge said I cook at 6.am like that's my problem .they went straight in the bin and th coffee was Luke warm !!! ( never again)

staff member seemed rushed with no time to talk. Pasties are more expensive than ever and seem to have become thinner (less meat / content) Hence i give up on Greggs

Purchased two steak bakes, they were cold not even luke warm, refused to warm them up as apparently they are not allowed to, they were disgusting, that’s us done with GREGGS
