Ordered food for a works event to be collected at 06:30 from the Portslade branch 21-5-25 , arrived to find branch closed , at 06:35 gently knocked on door to make staff aware of mine and 6-8 other customers presence No Reponse tried again 5mins later ,response from I’m assuming the manager “STOP BEING AGGRESSIVE I DONT NEED THE STRESS WE’LL BE OPEN IN 10 mins” at which point 4-5 customers gave up and left , if it wasn’t for the fact I was collecting a prepaid order I would have left also eventually left with order 06:50 , with no apologies Food was OK ,as expected

Went to the Fleet branch. Ordered 2 steak bakes & a bacon baguette with extra bacon. I’ve been thinking the quality has been slowly going down over the years, seriously. The bacon was totally tasteless, even though I ordered extra bacon. Where do you get this cheap bacon? 100% tastes like Danish bacon. If they reply & say they use both then I believe it’s 10% British Iceland bacon with the rest danish. Worst bacon & not crispy. The steak bakes had absolutely no meant. Not even one slither of meat in any of the two bakes, just sauce and also once again bland and tasteless. Shocking! As per usual all three items were cold upon putchase.

Really disappointed today. Always grab a Tuna crunch roll but been off sick for months. Called in for my favourite and its half the size so let down at GOWERTON

Greggs being a busy chain, I was impressed with how Nisa handled my various hurdles (I have a hand disability). Nothing I asked for was any trouble! Excellent Customer Service!! Thank You!

Dear Sir/Madam, Subject: Complaint Regarding Discriminatory Treatment While Collecting Uber Eats Order at Birkenhead Branch I am writing to formally complain about how I was treated at your Birkenhead branch on 17th May at approximately 10.15, while collecting an Uber Eats order . I arrived at the store and waited patiently to collect the order. Despite checking in and making myself visible, I was kept waiting significantly longer than necessary. Other customers and delivery drivers who arrived after me were served ahead of me, without any explanation or acknowledgment from the staff. As a Black person, I left feeling humiliated and disrespected. I believe the treatment I received was unfair, and I am concerned that racial bias may have played a part in the way I was ignored and dismissed. I request that this incident be thoroughly investigated and that Greggs ensures all customers and delivery partners are treated equally, professionally, and respectfully, regardless of their race or background. Please confirm receipt of this complaint and inform me of the outcome of your investigation and any actions taken. A email has also been sent to head office

was going in to get a glazed donut when i noticed that there were flys all over the place (mostly in the kitchen and behind the counter) and even on the donuts. i am fuming 😡 i got time to get a picture (idk how to add it) before i left but i am absolutely outraged. never coming back again. good sausage rolls though 🤷🏻‍♀️

Came away from Dorchester Greggs empty-handed having waited ten minutes in a lengthening queue. Three staff visible but only one actually serving. Where was the manager?

Just popped into greggs today Macclesfield and ordered cheese and onion pasties, they came straight out of oven and are delicious. The lady that served me is really efficient in her job and very friendly, the bakery is always clean and have had baguettes there and they're also very nice.

After seeing a TV programme about Greggs competing with McDonalds I decided I would pick up a cappuccino from the Bridlington store. The only thing good was the pleasant young man who served me. The coffee was just about recognisable as coffee but nothing like a cappuccino and no threat to McDonalds. Glad I got my sandwich at Poundland

The pizza was delicious at keysham And at Weston-super-mare

Visited today, place is disgusting rubbish everywhere bins not emptied floors left in a mess no staff cleaning up had to clean the tables our self to be able to sit down to eat! I would add pictures but no option unfortunately!

Just visited the new Greggs at Botany Bay Chorley, first and last time. Called to get a couple of cheese and onion pasties and a steak bake. Got there, they had one cheese pasty, one veg pasty, one sausage and bean melt and I couldn’t see more than one steak bake, at 11.30 on a Saturday morning? Anyhoo, bought the steak bake and the 2 pasties, which were cold! Oh and by the way, it seems like they are charging motorway services prices. Never again!

Colchester Culver Street branch. Nothing wrong with the food, very nice. But I very much hope the same people who are cleaning the toilet facilities are not preparing the food, because they are filthy.

Never any hot food. New hot food section for hash browns ect… completely empty at 8.30. Shame availability in this greggs is so bad. So much lost opportunity with college students and regular customers good greggs if you would like a cold over cooked or at other times under cooked sausage roll.

I like most people like a snack whilst out but to now discover getting a vegetarian pasty is now £2 a time and most are now £2.10 is ridiculous and will no longer eat from here . £1.10 was fair price but prices has risen soo much lately . Will stop paying into a company that is helping to UK to become over weight .

Terrible customer service in the Robin Park store!!! No please thank you or anything

Had a breakfast bacon roll at 10am in the kings lynn store. First time trying the breakfast items never again expensive and dry no butter on the roll 2 pieces of dried bacon that had been there I imagine for hours. Not what I expected absolutely tasteless and like trying to eat dry cream crackers. First and last time.

Been using the app to order things then realised it works out cheeper to order In store. What’s the point in using the app!

This is a simple one, NEVER for any reason buy a Greggs gift Card, you can't check the balance with out talking to a staff member, or add the balance to your app, if you contact Customer care they act like they don't know anything and send you to Business and guess what...they act like they know nothing and send you to customer care, using them in the store is stressful with the staff half of the time not understanding that the company has them, why do we do this, take cold hard cash that is internationally recognised and swap it for junk, never again. Revised my rating, Greggs support was hit and miss, two useless agents and one outstanding agent that eventually resolved my issue and also credited me £5 for the bad service, shame it took so many different agents to get the correct support, but the last one was a superstar, upgraded by 2 star, but still won't purchase Greggs Gift cards again until they make them more versatile with the app and balance check.
