What a Joke. I ordered through uber eats, they forgot to send an item. I managed to contact the store in kidderminster to be told if I want to re order and pay again I can have 2 items . Like I'm getting one free , WOW THATS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Paying for my item I've already paid for again . Shocking

food always cold never mind what time you come. service in berwick upon tweed in shopping centre terrible but Zander on the other hand wonderful person. smile, jokes and knows all magic words. you got a special person there. well done Zander 👏

Pizza was cold and wedges were burnt

Not the first time I’ve been into Greg’s at Edenbridge, but the last 2 times I’ve been very disappointed. Yesterday I got a chicken bake, that was from the hot section but it was so cold it might as well have been in the fridge. It was disgusting and inedible. I also bought a pack of 4 Jam doughnuts which was for my grandchildren but after driving away we realised they were not fresh, they were hard and dry and also inedible. And the previous time I got two what should have been hot sausage rolls and they were cold too! So I’ve decided from now on I’ll go elsewhere and it won’t be to a Gregs! For the money it’s all a rip off and I won’t be waisting my money again. It’s such a shame it’s gone so downhill, it used to be a good place with hot food!

Almost a totally negative experience. Ordered a vegetable bake but advised it was only luke warm so opted for a baguette which was ok. Pasta salad and tea were ok. However, the toilet was out of action , the floors were in a disgusting state under the tables and only one of the tables was clean. A member of staff offered the explanation that to eat in is more expensive because the place needs to be cleaned. When I pointed out the state of the floors etc the assistant rather flippantly said that it was because people make a mess. She then added that they couldn’t clean because there were too many people there. I pointed out that when we came in there was nobody seated or eating. The assistant went on to say they were too busy to clean. There was no apology for the state of the place. Won’t be returning here again.

Always 100% perfection. Greggs - Leighton Buzzard, 45 High Street. Fabulous staff and fabulous service. Highly recommend to anyone feeling peckish.

The food is good but noone seems to clean the floors in most stores!!!

Felt rushed by the staff in particular one lady slammed my food on the counter no please or thankyou just have you got the app shame really because the food was good

So disappointed in the customer service in Wachope drive, (Craigmillar) Edinburgh. This is one of the Gregg’s that I have been too, not going anymore. Raising a voice at customer like I came to get a free coffee. They really need to do better because their customer service is not making sense. Rude staff Insensitive staff.

Enjoy the food and coffee. My one gripe is coffee isn't as hot as I like. Also when you get a free Bday bun it's restrictive to sertain ones. No good if you don't like those. It should be your choice to make from any of them. Not those going out of date.

Always good for a good quick snack. Steak bake is the best one

Go in daily for coffee. Everyday the coffee is hot, consistent strength and you get what you order. Sounds silly but McDonald’s consistently fail on all these things. If you take your own cup the price is similar to McDonald’s with a similar rewards scheme

New Greggs in Walton-on-Thames put the tables and chairs out every morning at 6am and wake up everyone. Spoke to them but just ignored.

Greggs Bath Road , cashier very rude and many of the ingredients for a hot breakfast not available, dispute seeing them last week was told they don’t do them at this branch - don’t be in customer service if you don’t like it .

Service was awful When paying the cashier was extremely cheeky and when asked to have our sausage rolls heated she bluntly and very cheekily snapped and said no then when we went to sit and eat our cold sausage rolls the tables were disgusting. Safe to say I won’t be back

Lovely clean shop and very friendly team of staff. Always served with a smile and cheap good food and drink.

I’m vegetarian & have asked at a couple of Greggs if they do a cheese toastie at breakfast time. Everyone always says no. Today I was in Bury & the lovely assistant Julie asked if I wanted a cheese toastie without Ham but would have to pay for the cheese & ham as that’s how it is on the till. I told her it’s never been offered as an option before & gratefully ordered it. She asked Brenda/Beryl ( sorry can’t remember name) to make a plain cheese toastie. Brenda cleaned down the surface before starting on my order. I was so impressed. Thank you ladies for your care & consideration 👏👏 Really appreciated it. Thank you 👍🙂

new st store staff not friendly made to pay for hot food that was cold and to sit inside on a hot day (im disabled) . cold sausage rolls you wont reheat sold as hot and a paid service too but your hot food shelfe only has hot food in it ...... and the store wasnt too clean. crap experience

I recently visited your Blyth, Northumberland branch and had a great experience! I'm a severely disabled lady who has very poor or no mobility and I was nervous about trying to go in any shop as I can easily collapse. I was very impressed with Sheila Movatt and Julie Smith who both served me and went the extra mile that day to say the least. I bought your gorgeous food to take away but I was wobbling and unable to keep standing. These ladies named earlier, got me a chair, were very reassuring and friendly. They calmed me right down as nearly had a panic attack in the shop. I need to go to a cash point next to Greg's and they even offered to go with me and support me as I walked!!! I can't believe that your ladies,Sheila and Julie, would be so very kind and caring. They were two angels. Thank you Greg's for an excellent experience I will never forget.
