Greggs have no interest in British Foods or Culture. Greggs Sausage Rolls in 2025 only contain 18 percent Pork! They used to be made with 72 percent Pork but Greggs chosen to scrap British Culture and... See more

I went to the 32 Northumberland Rd, Maidstone, England to redeem a coffee. The person with a supervisor name tag told me that I could not redeem the coffee because there was internet issue. However, the people in front of me and those behind me could pay with cards. Why Greggs is giving out voucher but just don't want us to redeem? Because she doesn't like me?
My wife visited Greggs in Spennymoor at approx 2.30pm on Wednesday 11th June 2025. Normally the ladies who work and serve customers in the store are excellent. However on this occasion there was a male serving who was approx 30 yrs, tall with dark hair. My wife asked him if they had any savoury mince pies, with a stern face and without speaking he looked under the counter and abruptly replied “No” and proceeded to remove the greece paper from the tray, he turned and walked away without even asking if she would like anything else. My wife asked if there was any in the oven and again he abruptly replied “No” and turned away. My wife left the store quite upset, his attitude was uncalled for. Greggs do not need staff like this male serving the public!
Free sausage rolls.
Greggs is great. I used the kings walk store in Gloucester. It was clean and good choices. The chicken bake was cold but still good
why every time for the last few months it seems like I walk into Greggs there's no sandwiches and I only just found out you change your policy why does none of your customer service or anyone working tell you
Don't like to complain but I had my worst greggs experience yesterday. I did spend quite a bit as I bought 2 coffees, 1 tuna crunch baguette and a feta cheese pasty. My first ever experience of having the coffee a little walm and not hot. I complained about this, response I got was its a new machine. Thanks could have apologised and been more helpful. Also the oasty was a tiny bit walm. I asked for it to be reheated but apparently greggs have a rule of not reheating the pasty. Don't want to be rude but I was very disappointed
I would like to say that Greggs have really gone down hill. They used to make up a baguette for you if there were none available. Baguettes have become smaller and the price has increased. Ridiculous prices. Why don't Greggs sell tuna crunch sandwiches on crusty bread. They used to be lovely. Also, they no longer sell fresh bread.
For what ever reason Greggs cannot take payments from Apply pay on my phone. They always say its me and I need to enter the actual card, but that doesn't work either. Happened several times now in 2 x Peterborough shops so I won't be going back. Literally walk out of the shop, drive to Sainsbury and payment successful - Maybe some thought should be given to training your staff on the tills rather than making me feel like I'm a criminal in a que of people trying to get their lunch.
I love steak and chicken bake but I have been disappointed now and then as steak bake is becoming more like gravy bake while chicken bake more like mayonnaise bake. Or am I the only customer who is having unlucky with steak bakes or others have the same experience. Disappointed customer.
I would just like to say what a pleasant experience it is, going into Greggs, in Chorley Lancs town centre The staff are efficient and always serve you with a smile The prices are excellent and the coffee lovely Thank you 😊
I buy a chocolate star and go to take a bite and find a long black hair on it
Went in at lunch time picked up flat breads and bequests chees ham .baguettes were solid not fresh .chicken flat bed were not fresh in the slightest out of date total order £18 wasn't happy my co worker was unhappy with her lunch also staff wasn't helpful
I collected a too good to go order from the Watling Street store in Hinckley. The good should have been to the value of £12. In the bag were 3 items, a flatbread Mexican sandwich, a cheese salad role and one doughnut. Clearly these items would not add up to this price. Very poor service and value for 3 out of date items of food!
Very impressed with the staff in Greggs MetroCentre cafe/restaurant - so kind to me the other day. Sending a big thank you for all of your help and for being so thoughtful. Particularly the young lady serving at the counter and the gentleman from the kitchen (I think.) Brilliant customer care.
Clean, light premises and greeted with a smile. Happy to wait whilst I struggled to get app to open. Food and drink were of good quality and service was prompt.
Very nice food, very good price
I would like to say a big thank you to Ian , that worked today at your Lewisham high street shop se13 . I think if many shops had workers like himself and his colleague , but Ian in particular , it would attract a lot of customers , his kindness and his manors and thoughtfulness is so hard to find in many stores not just food outlets any kind of business place . He is a staff member that should be highly noticed if not already . I will write on the website it’s self . Thank you so much Ian , it’s so nice to think people still exist with the kindness and extremely excellent skills you have . The lady with the to good to go bag.
Excellent service at Greggs Ealing Broadway the one inside Tesco! The manager Fatima was welcoming, fun and extremely helpful! She deserves a raise!
Visited Greggs in Matlock today 30/05/2025 at 11a.m with my grandaughter and her boyfriend. The youth serving was monosyllabic with his answers,no eye contact, rude and had a couldn’t care less attitude. Asked for a cheese and onion pasty please, no was the reply, asked for a veg pasty and 2 vegan sausage rolls and could we have a toasted sandwich, no was the reply. Eventually got the sausage rolls and an uncooked sandwich no veg pasty, eventually got it and everything was stone cold. Chucked it all away didn’t fancy food poisoning. That shop needs closing down it’s a health hazard.

Greggs receives a mixed reception from customers, with a significant number expressing dissatisfaction. While some reviewers appreciate the friendly staff and good service at specific locations, such as the Kilmarnock and Bath Road stores, many others report serious issues. Common complaints include cold food being served, with multiple customers noting that items they purchased were not hot despite being assured otherwise. Additionally, there are concerns about food quality, with reports of unsanitary conditions and a decline in the traditional recipes that once defined the brand. Customers also mention poor management, such as running out of popular items early in the day. Overall, while there are pockets of positive experiences, the overwhelming sentiment leans towards disappointment.
