My husband and I have been eating these meals for going on 5 months! We love them! The Mediterranean plan has great variety and I love that we get to choose them meals that we think we might like and most of the ingredients are organic. We haven’t found a meal that we have not liked and we eat meals at least 4 nights a week. Both of us have noticed how much better that we feel!!! We will keep eating them!

We’ve been getting spoiled produce frequently and produce that’s been swapped out for non-organic without any kind of compensation
Green Chef is very convenient and easy to use. I use the Gluten Free recipes and find most of them quite delicious. However, a few are less appealing than others, but not to the degree that I would stop using GC.
Great meals
Green chef has really yummy and nutritious plant based ( vegan and vegetarian) meals. Though they don’t have as many as the non-plant based options, there is still diversity in the options. I cancelled green chef a few years ago because they would only give me the same three plant based options, but they’ve since adapted to the demand! Hopefully they keep adding more options. Also, if you live in a house hold with plant based and non plant based people, you have the option to pick a plant based meal and then add other, non-plant based proteins. So one person can eat the meal as it was originally intended and the other person can add whatever dead animal they desire.

When starting off the meal seam to have more food per meal and now they seam less or more filler. Also every meal that i have gotten in the beginning the taste was wonderful. I'm unsure if there is new chefs but the taste is not as good. Most are good but not wonderful and a few I wouldn't even say good too.
My husband evan loves the mediterranean meals order. The meals are fresh. They last from Wednesday when they arrive until the next Monday when I cook for the week. Delicious recipies wh ingredients I wild not know how to use on my own. Thank you Green Chef!
Recipes are delicious and easy.
Absolutely delicious meals. Easy to prepare. Cost efficient. For me living alone and needing to lose weight the Mediterranean recipes are a great choice. And I am losing weight. I make it my main meal of the day in the middle of the day and snacks afterwards, if I’m hungry. All in all a great service.
Creativity of the recipes and the availability of all the ingredients already measured out. I wasn’t impressed with the taste of the salmon. The wild caught was pretty tasteless. The farm raised a bit better. But I don’t like farm raised because of the coloring. Most of the ingredients were fresh except for some of the herbs like parsley. The bottom line, however, is that it sure makes food prep easy
First off, the process to place your order is fast and simple. Menu items are pictured and all ingredients listed. GC makes the choices but you can switch out any or all items. Next, I would say the quality is top notch. Delivery is good and food is packed safely. I really like the ease of having the complete meal ready with 45 minutes when I work late nights during the winter. It's not cheap, but good and healthy is definitely worth it to me.
