food is good a few times we have gotten produce that was not good and also missing some spices. Did sent emails but no response back. So now we just suck it up and don't say anything.

Maria got in contact with me and the issues were resolved in a timely manner Well i wish I would of known that would had a chefs special that got charged a extra 27.50 ... also forgot a recipe card for 1 of my items luckily the lady olive? Had spoken with luckily I explained to her what happened and she emailed me the recipe for the mushroom, noodle and brocoli one I cant remember the name. But it was very good. I had to skip a few weeks because I paid a bill twice by accident and that was why had to skip a few weeks till get back on track. I do love your food and company and when get back on track will buy more.

Good portion sizes, tasty ingredients. Way too much plastic; also, many of the ingredients are not organic.

I like the food. But 3 times now ingredients were missing from the box. Mostly spice packets. It's very annoying when it happens. I do check off the ingredient list for each order. Is there something that can be done about this?

I've tried many different food box delivery companies and Green Chef is by far the best! The boxes are shipped and received on time, the ingredients are fresh, and the recipes are delicious and healthy. I use it for all my meals since the price is better than the cost of groceries for the week. Thanks Green Chef!

The meals are easy to make and are packed full of flavor. Our only complaint is that we wish the serving sizes were a tad bit larger so we could have leftovers. But the food is so good we would probably just eat it and still not have leftovers. I am extremely gluten sensitive and I have not had a single issue with Green Chef’s meals because of their Gluten-free Safe spot certification (I can’t remember what it is actually called). I also like that in the app they clearly label gluten-free, dairy-free, and several other diets.

Repeatedly I get ingredients that are spoiled by the time i use them, which is within a week because I get another order then. It's supposed to make things easy but if I have to run to the store to replace things like potatoes, peppers or tomatoes it makes it frustrating

So far I have enjoyed the variety of meal options and that GC offers organic and responsibly sourced products. I’ve tired other meal services and the quality of GC is more up to par. Would like to see more variety (lots of pesto gets old).

I noticed prices are increasing a lot. Some meals are just ok and when the price has increased to $83 from $68 I just dint think it’s worth it so I am going to cancel.

The meals are always on time. Recipes are easy to follow. They always taste great.

It’s never on time, always either a day or 2 late. When I’ve counted on this to be my family’s dinner

Timely delivery and tasty food.

We wanted to try a vegetarian diet but it is too difficult to buy 5ge ingredients and come up with recipes. We signed up for Green Chef - 4 days a week and it is beyond good. The meals are absolutely delicious and more than filling. We are eating vegetarian and it's the best we gave ever eaten - flavorful and healthy. Totally satisfied!!

I aam a chef who, believe it or not, still loves to cook dinner most nights after a long day cooking frat food for 60 boys. One way I have time to do so is with Green Chef. I've tried alllll the meal kit companies and Green Chef is my rock. Best organic ingredients, creative menu to keep me interested, and flexible for any special diet. I recently had a double order in their system and real people actually helped me resolve the issue! So happy to give Green Chef 5 stars!

Haven't been to Costco and grocery store as much, which is saving me a bunch of money. It's like eating a gourmet meal every night for super cheap. I have a family of 6 and we all love it so far. Going on 3 months now

Our delivered boxes are always on schedule and communication about the delivery is excellent. The meals are healthy as well as delicious and usually quick and easy to prepare. Produce is always fresh and appealing. I'm happy with the variety of recipes so that I don't have to repeat the same dinners over and over.

The meals taste fantastic and the recipes are easy to follow and they turn out great! It really takes a load off of my shoulders for planning weekly meals
