Just give us the whole pepper. The sliced one in the plastic bags are always slimy. This week it leaked out and got the bag all wet.

We like the recipes but are growing frustrated with paying the price for organic food and getting stuff like Daisy sour cream and not organic produce. If you put the organic label on your delivery box and claim to be organic.....you should be living up to that commitment. We are growing frustrated with every week getting multiple items that aren't organic.

We love the variety of menu options and the recipes are easy to follow!

My meals have been consistently late and thawed. Before I committed to your product, I spoke with your dietary person about my strict diet. I'm being sent ingredients I have to throw away but am charged for.

The food is almost always great, but the delivery via FedEx totally sucks. Please go back to UPS. ---- Update: Green Chef really stands behind the product, I appreciate the response from customer service, they really want to make sure their customers are happy. Hopefully FedEx improves in my area in the near future or Green Chef starts to work with UPS again.

Some meals are repetitive. I want to see more meals that are different.

What went wrong is that customer service never got back to me. I had a $35 credit and I’ve never been able to use it and now it’s disappeared. You guys sent me crap that was old or not usable and when I try to get a hold of someone there was no one to help me so the recipes weren’t complete. This happened over and over and over again and I repeatedly have contacted Customer service and no one has reached out. So yes, I would give you -5 stars if I could….. do better

GREEN CHEF SUCKS. THE SITE JUST START TAKING YOUR MONEY EVEN IF YOU ARE JUST LOOKING AT THE MENU (if you were a past customer). The website doesn’t have a link that confirms your wanting rejoin. And the operators that I have dealt English is NOT their first language so that’s even harder. You push a number to unprescribed, however you have stay on line to speak to someone so why push 4?? I stopped ordering from GREEN CHEF because out of three meals there would always be two that didn’t have ALL of the ingredients. Calling to report the error, they offered a credit. GREEN CHEF SEEMS Desperate.

Great recipes, quality ingredients

Recipes were really good. Unfortunately, high protein plus low sugar meals don’t exist.

The delivery has improved of late - arriving on time is appreciated and items have been well packed. That being said; the ingredients have been so variable. I’ve had rotten produce multiple times in the last few weeks; missing ingredients as well - usually something small like spices or garlic - but still frustrating. The ingredient quality is also highly variable; I’ll never order stuffed peppers again, for instance, having gotten truly tiny peppers both instances now. I go back and forth weekly on whether to continue with my subscription. It’s convenient when it works - but I’m left scrambling for replacements for errors/expirations more often than seems reasonable.

On my very first order, it was not delivered and I was not notified. Even through the payment had been taken from my account. Please take more care with future customers as I regularly order subscription boxes, and it doesn't matter how good your recipes are - you need to be dependable as a business.

I’m pleased with the packages that come. I’m learning how to make new, delicious and healthy meals.

The meals come out delicious and there is a lot of variety. I’ve been learning a lot and have gotten more confident in the kitchen. The price is moderate.

Meals are easy to make and very flavorful
