Terrible customer service. Can’t cancel my subscription. Regular price box way way overpriced. Food is OK.
Meals are generally very tasty with clear, easy to follow directions. I am a very lazy cook, and these are typically the most complicated and "fancy" things I make and they always turn out well. Many recipes require 3 pans which means a lot of dishes, which is something I typically try to avoid. It would be nice if there were one-pan options that were clearly marked. I'd also like instapot or slow cooker meals as well.
I need to show you the condition the 5/30/24 order was in when I unboxed it—a melted, torn up mess with just two of three recipes included. How do I attach a photo? I still cooked the food, which was good. Dave Conklin
We have been enjoying our Green Chef meals for several months. Each one is very fresh and the recipes are very good. It is so helpful to have easy and healthy delivered too our door each week. I can skip a week or more when we go out of town and choose our deliveries several weeks in advance.
The recipes and meals are wonderful, creative and interesting. I always look forward to getting our box. In the last couple of boxes, the produce was not super fresh like it’s has been in the past. They looked a little tired. The call reps are great and helpful!!!! The app is a little confusing. But I can usually figure it out. I mainly let yall pick my meals so I don’t pick safe things. That has made it much more fun. People do need to be able to select more than one food sensitivity. That has been a little frustrating. Like I can’t eat eggs, gluten and dairy. So for the sauces u send, made side mayo, I have to figure out how to make the sauce myself with veganaise. That’s a little frustrating. But I’m working around it. All and all - I’m very much enjoying the experience. I do love the variety of food to pick from.
The food and recipes are good. The price is a little on the high side for what you get. Its a pretty good value, but not a great one.
I love the receipts. My son is learning to cook and loving it. Trying things I did not know I would like to eat.

Food arrives exactly as planned. The recipes are well written. Portion size is perfect. The only negative is I’ve received green beans three times. The first time they were wonderful. The next two times they were slimy and brown. ☹️

Box arrived at wrong address. It was delivered to my home in Colorado, but I had updated address to ship to San Diego, CA.
Green Chef has some of the tastiest and widest selection of vegetarian and vegan meals! I also appreciate the creativity of the meals. Quality is also very consistent and I appreciate that the company is trying to reduce the amount of plastic used and I hope they will continue to do so.
Even though I didn’t get my full refund despite the carrier being the issue which is crazy to me the guy on the phone was helpful this time
The food was always great. I would continue this product but they really don't have a good plan for single people

I was able to solve a problem that was my fault. I wish it was easier to get to help on the app, because of that, I missed my order change date but my representative was patient and was able to help me out. I appreciate a company recognizing a dedicated customer and taking care of them.
The food choices and recipes are good. Unfortunately, the website is difficult to maneuver, customer service is mediocre, and I never received the promised rewards that I earned. Even after I contacted customer service several times and was promised that they would be delivered, they never were.
