Green Chef US

We are enjoying the journey and results of using Green Chef. Some areas of improvement would be to find a less cumbersome way to dispose of packaging and that deliveries are consistent - we have had 3 deliveries that did not show at all which was very inconvenient for our weekly meal planning. Though we were refunded, we almost cancelled our subscription. Our last delivery arrived on the date promised however it arrived at several hours beyond the time frame which was also inconvenient with our meal planning for that day. Would also like to see a few more side dishes such as sweet potatoes, beans, etc

Overall is great, I would love to get a full pepper rather than cut it in two pieces with no seeds, some people might like it but I love a full bell pepper. Another thing I noticed is too many onions and would love to get shallots instead of yellow onions. thanks!

We are enjoying our Green Chef experience. Everything that comes with the meal is fresh and flavorful. It couldn't be any easier because everything you need (except the cooking utensils) is in the bag! We are getting to try spices and foods that we wouldn't necessarily buy on our own and are loving it!

Every meal we have chosen has been delicious! I chose 4 stars ONLY because occasionally there are not enough options that are both vegan and gluten free. Sometimes we get vegan options and swap out for our own flour, breadcrumbs or tortillas to ensure GF for the needs of our household. It would be ideal if Green Chef made those options available as well (e.g. do you want this meal GF? Or, for meals that are GF: Do you want to add a different protein like tofu or beans? to make it vegan friendly.)

I love the meals and the organic ingredients, but my last few delivers the chard, cabbage, and squash have all gone bad in less than a week of having them. There was a missing ingredient from one of the meals as well that I didn't worry too much about because I understand things can happen from time to time, but the continued spoiling of food I can't continue to have. I have reported this and hope that this is being looked at because I'd like to stay with Green Chef. Hoping for change.

We love green chef. Each recipe is easy to follow. We opt for organic and each dish has been delicious. After 40 years of cooking I don’t have to think anymore! Healthy eating, no waste, delicious meals and we are saving money.

I enjoy how easy the meals are to cook. I like how varied the meal selections are. I can find meals that suit my gluten free needs.

The food is excellent. It really is.

I do not want farm raised fish. Seems I cannot change that in my profile and put fish on a do not send list

The meals are great, but my items regularly go bad 3 days after I receive the box and properly store the meals. It's too exhausting to have to go and tell you guys every time it happens in order to receive a refund.

There is a good variety of meals, the ingredients are fresh and of good quality, the recipes are easy to follow and nothing takes very long to make.

Delicious recipes with generous portions. Love the flavoring combinations which give me great ideas for my own dinners!

Good quality ingredients. Comes packed well and freah. Proteins are excellent. Recipes easy to read and do. Only complaint is that we were shorted 4 ingredients for the SW Turkey Bell Pepper Quesidadilles and were not responded to or given satisfaction by Green Chef. After further correspondance with GC, I received a credit to successfully resolve this issue.

Every shipment I've received has been on time and contained everything needed to prepare the Meals. The recipes are easy to follow and the food tastes great. All ingredients are fresh.

Always fresh, quality ingredients, delicious recipes, on time, and economical!

Received two weeks of meals. The first box had several unusable product items (smashed or slimy from age) and one package of fish with a puncture in the wrap. Second week food quality appeared fine, but after eating the fish meal both me and my wife were sick - and everything was absolutely cooked to safe temperatures. And with all of that, their site has no report a problem feature like competitors. However, customer support did reach out to me and provided a full refund for both weeks.
