The food is delicious. The only issue we had was with the produce (peppers and tomatoes) resting directly on the ice packs in shipping. Several items needed to be replaced after being frozen - they were too mushy to use. This has happened about 5 times in the past 3 months.

Exceptional recipes and fresh ingredients with easy to follow instructions. No waste. Time to table is doable and fun!

You always send the right amount of everything to make a 4-star restaurant-tasting meal! The directions are easy to follow even for someone like me who is a salad assembler! ;-) My only complaint is I don't like garbanzo beans and they are in a LOT of the veggie recipes. Other than that you are perfect!!!

The recipes were good but I was very dissatisfied with 2 dramatically different sized Zicchinis in one meal hurt. When they’re supposed to be 2 portions and one is tiny, how are you supposed to split them? I just see no reason for that.

More variate flavors.

The recipes are good. The time they put on them doesn't include prep work. So it should be at least doubled. We were hoping to have organic meals. Instead, there are only some organic ingredients, but not all produce is organic.

Cuts grocery shopping time in half. Cooking for 2, we don't have to freeze unwanted leftovers, or have to feel guilty about unused produce. I enjoy cooking the easy, delicious recipes. Produce is beautiful! We enjoy all the ground meats except the beef. Could use more tofu recipes and more varied cooking methods.

Menu is great but packaging isn’t sufficient. I’ve had several deliveries where my produce is soggy due to the ice packs soaking through the paper bags they are packaged in. I had to throw some of the produce out because they got frozen and didn’t thaw out well.. soggy and mushy 🥹

Love getting the meals already planned out ! Has made a big difference in time , money and doing things together ! No more throwing food I don’t eat fast enough ! Some meals we can get lunch for the next day ! Something new every night !

Great customer service !

Meal that we had last night was disappointing, which is very unusual. The blackened tilapia was quite bland. We didn’t bother receive the leftovers for lunch.

This program has helped me healthier and made my life easier!

This is the third time that vegetables have arrived spoiled. I had to cut off half the zucchini and add more vegetables to the recipe.

The recipes and accompanying sauces etc are excellent! Very tasty food. At times, the veggies can be fresher.

I appreciate the versatility with the meals and the fresh ingredients. My frustration is with the delivery personnel not following my delivery instructions which causes meals to go bad because they are not retrieved.

Delicious and easy to follow recipes.

They will always make things right. What I don’t like is they have no understanding or mechanism built into their system that caters do different lifestyles. We’re vegan and can’t consume animal products milk etc eventhough they ask your “preference” and you can select plant based they will automatically put meals that have animal products and byproducts in your box and you MUST remember to change the meals. It should be automatic that only vegan meals not vegetarian or other animal product meals are out in your box. Damaged boxes, missing ingredients , mismatched how to recipe cards have been issues a couple times but they always make it right & that is why I would recommend them. The food is delicious
