Very disappointed and upset, they have taken my money twice out of my account and say they can't cancel one, my boxes are only due Tuesday as they say I have 2 active profiles but only one correct email address, so I dont know how they have an incomplete email address but manage to create an account with it. I have only ever put my bank details in once and only authorised one profile. They have taken £66 out of my account and said they can only offer me a £17 refund it's disgraceful as I can't afford 2 boxes and they have put me overdrawn.

Food is packaged extremely well, food is fresh, recipes are easy, great spices and all delicious. Also love all the choices.

We love the recipes, the combinations of spices and ingredients are often surprising and amazing. Ingredients seem pretty healthy. Unfortunately it happens sometimes that the recipe cards are missing, or spice packages are opened (and half empty) and occasionally an item is overripe. The cooking times are certainly longer than advised, but it's worth it. Price is a little high.

We love the meals, and the preparation work is not difficult.

Everything is terrific down to the packaging! The premeasured ingredients are the best. I'm not a good cook but I trick people with these meals.

The recipes are creative, tasty, and easy to follow. The ingredients are fresh. We enjoyed all of our boxes and learned some great new recipes!

I like the diet choices, fish amd chicken with the Mediterranean like diet, we love it!

Delicious meals

Mainly, the meals are very good. Occasionally there's a rubber chicken breast. And occasionally a vegetable is unusable. Thus, 4 stars instead of 5.

The company is doing well with healthy meals. However, I would like to see more variety and seafood options.

Great meals! Would like more dairy free and low carb options. All meals were good though and pretty easy to make!

Package arrived on expected day and all food was fresh and in the package as always.

I am celiac and can not have gluten. we are also vegetarian. We are having problems trying to find enough glutenfree vegetarian dishes. We have also have several instances where an item was missing and once the recipe was missing so I had to guess and made something with the ingredients.

Chicken was not sealed. I was unable to use the meal. I was only refunded a portion of the serving cost. I would have preferred to be comped the cost of both servings since it was unable to be made/eaten.

Had an issue with a few deliveries and customer service reached out and took care of it/me. I was surprised to hear from them! They go above and beyond to fix any wrongs. Thank you green chef.

The food is easy to prepare. It takes away the “What’s for dinner” stress of dinner plans. My family has enjoyed all the meals so far. The quality of the ingredients have not been a disappointment

Delicious and quality food, takes the burden of shopping off. Good directions, price fair I recommend to all my friends!

The food is fresh. I love the different flavors that my family has been exposed to. I don't like all the packaging especially the plastic, but I do appreciate that the majority is recyclable. Overall we are pleased.

Wow! It’s like eating at a gourmet restaurant. The flavors are so complex! Everything that we have had has been absolutely wonderful! The recipes are so easy to make, with easy to follow directions, and yummy organic ingredients! I love how fast it is to cook dinner. No more meal planning and big grocery shopping.
