Great experience in northampton gravity. Yasin was on shift we had to speak to him regarding the little one with his age. He was very thorough and explained the rules. Little one seemed nervous to go on yasin was very good and encouraging good communication skills and a very nice lad to talk to. Thanks again and will be visiting again. Only down side is the price little expensive when taking three on.
Can't purchase parent and toddler session ticket for 4.5£ at the counter, however the price is showing on the screen behind.
I have been told to pay full price 29£ for a mum and a toddler.
Got angry, so checked online where is showing as fully booked, but the place almost empty.
Not surprised at all why is empty.
False advertising, place should be fined.
Never visit again.
The staff (Stevenage branch) were so amazing, especially the manager Sam and his colleague Will. We had a sen session for our son who is autistic for his 10th birthday. Sam did everything we asked for and more, nothing was too much. He even got Will to dress as Sonic Shadow as my son is a huge Sonic the Hedgehog fan.
The staff was showing tongue at children & being unhelpful. There was vomit in the trampoline which was not cleared. They used just cellophane tape to hold basket ball which was unsafe. The whole area looked worn out. I wouldn’t recommend .🤮
Incident occurred while my daughter playing, a women shouted at my daughter to get clear from her son and said she shouldn't be running, first thing, it's a play area, next is she shouldn't bring her son if he's that delicate and the most important thing is not to shout at my daughter.
The main thing is the staff and management are completely useless ,as we identified the women, instead of confronting her with what she did, they reworded everything in a polite manner and completely changing what happened, instead of a warning they told her to be mindtul of other users.
So my advice to other parents is be vigilant of grumpy or over protective parents because the staff and management are incompetent only there to earn money.
My overall assessment is we will not be coming here again and will pass on my experience to close family and friends and mention to anyone through general conversation.
The only reason for the one star is that it won't let me post this review.
My children were invited to a party booking at Castleford Xscape branch. My daughter is SEN and even after mentioning all my concerns with her understanding and the safety agreements etc, they could not of been more friendly and understanding. Even offered to watch her round the trampolines for me to keep eye. Being her carer they allowed me on free of charge to keep eye also. Really impressed that they were so accommodating that we will return just us. Please thank your staff for me, especially the host that dealt with this party. Didnt catch her name but she had long brown hair, possibly 18-25 age. Thank you once again.
Extremely bad experience with the way they manage the queue for go karting. Even after reaching 30 minutes before the session, which was advised in email, it was difficult to complete registration and make it for briefing. The queue was long and kiosks weren’t working. Their pre-registration option also doesn’t work and we were told by the customer care to register at gravity. Very bad experience!!!
Really disappointed in the lack of opportunities for children with autism and sensory processing. I’m glad I phoned to check but was shocked that they wouldn’t even entertain the fact my daughter would not wear socks. I’ve been to innoflate without any issues but here is just straight up no. I previously booked parties for my son and spent a fortune here. Will now never spend another penny as they clearly are not diverse and do not give opportunities to disabled people and their individual needs. I hardly think a pair of socks will save anyone from slipping just another money making tactic. Really disappointing in this day and age. Companies like to be pretend they do asn sessions but clearly don’t have any knowledge of what being autistic is like.
We had a terrible experience. We booked a party at the Bluewater branch. I would strongly recommend that you do not book a party with this company. To make matters worse, they ignored our complaint. I can not emphasise enough how much I’d avoid this company in the future, as would every parent at the party.
Horrible security team who don't know how to respect customers. Incompetent managers especially Bradley at Gravity Wandsworth. Don't waste your time with them find somewhere else.
This was suppose to be a cooperate social they ruined it.
Never again ever again GRAVITY ...
MCD knows how to treat customers better.... learn from them.
I booked a party for my kids birthday on the 29th of Jan for 26 kids at Gravity Starcity Birmingham. We had multiple issues, which the manager did not try to sort. The worst was that 2 of my kid's guests were held at reception over 10 minutes as staff were saying there were no more spaces. When i went to check we still had 4 places left. Anyway i have emailed another lady manager and she understood my problems and offered 8 codes for free passes. I asked if i can share these codes with the kids affected by their staff. She emailed back saying yes.
On the 11th of feb my friend took her kids to Gravity Starcity to use 2 codes. She was told she is not entitled to them. She called me to clear this aspect with the manager...i was on loudspeaker. He was insisting that if she uses them i need to be present...i was trying to explain that this is not mentioned in the email when the lady manager said it is ok to share them...he kept telling my friend to move aside, refusing to help her or listen to me. He completly ignored her issue and told her that she needed to leave in front of everyone there and her kids. As she was leaving she met the supervisor who understood her situation and accepted to help. Gave the kids bands and offered slush. The manager saw the kids getting ready to go in and pulled them out, in front of all present and LIED that she used a swear word....she never did because i was still on the phone with her. This man has discrimimated her, abused his power, showed no signs of empathy, never wanted to help...he just wanted to show us WHO HE IS AND WHAT POWER HE HAS. He threatened her to go or he will call security, her disabled son was traumatised that they would arrest his mum. I never believed something like this could happen in front of so many people especially kids. This man's behaviour is appalling and outrageous!
Visited for darts a couple of months ago and they were very temperamental. Couldn't be fixed so we got about 30 mins play despite paying for an hour. No replies to emails so I went in to speak to the manager who promised me a free session as a gesture of goodwill if I emailed in advance. Emailed him twice but no response. Awful customer service!
We came to gravity wandsworth to celebrate my bday and and we have ordered some food. Unfortunately we had to wait over an hour to get our food and after an hour the stuff said they run out of chcikhen tenders. I have never come across this mu h slow service ever , even ordering some drinks was a nightmare, they are lack of stuff tonservice dribks and food
Horrible experience over all when it comes to ordering
Extremely poor. Had 3 sessions in total. First session was walking pace the hole time. Asked for our money back but was unable to. Second session there was an abandoned kart on the upper floor. That was there for the magority of the race. I clipped it once trying to go for an overtake as I forgot it was there. When I told the marshal he was rude about it and told his mate on the radio I should shut my mouth( I don’t think he noticed I could hear him) when I got out the kart and spoke the the marshal he said they couldn’t see it when they did there checks but the never checked the track before we set off as there was only 2 of them and they was both in the pit lane. This was extremely dangerous and health and safety and HMRC will be informed of this situation. After my last session I went to the till as told to by the manager. They was unable to give a refund as they couldn’t remember the code. They then gave me and email to email but that was a false email. I feel like the staff was making a lagging stock out of me for making such a big deal of it. But when the marshals are that incompetent to notice there is an ambandond kart on track what do they expect
