Great fun

Great experience in northampton gravity. Yasin was on shift we had to speak to him regarding the little one with his age. He was very thorough and explained the rules. Little one seemed nervous to go on yasin was very good and encouraging good communication skills and a very nice lad to talk to. Thanks again and will be visiting again. Only down side is the price little expensive when taking three on.

Can't purchase parent and toddler…

Can't purchase parent and toddler session ticket for 4.5£ at the counter, however the price is showing on the screen behind. I have been told to pay full price 29£ for a mum and a toddler. Got angry, so checked online where is showing as fully booked, but the place almost empty. Not surprised at all why is empty. False advertising, place should be fined. Never visit again.

The staff (Stevenage branch) were so amazing, especially the manager Sam and his colleague Will. We had a sen session for our son who is autistic for his 10th birthday. Sam did everything we asked for and more, nothing was too much. He even got Will to dress as Sonic Shadow as my son is a huge Sonic the Hedgehog fan.

Unpleasant staff & atmosphere

The staff was showing tongue at children & being unhelpful. There was vomit in the trampoline which was not cleared. They used just cellophane tape to hold basket ball which was unsafe. The whole area looked worn out. I wouldn’t recommend .🤮

Our first visit to Gravity Bluewater…

Our first visit to Gravity Bluewater for a SEN session today what a great experience! The staff team were excellent from reception who dealt with us and my lack of preparation of safety certs to the marshals. A shout to the young guy on the battle bars who my boys kept busy was great (they think you’re a bona fide Ninja) Well done young man! Thanks to you Guys and Girls, excellent service and a great advert for Gravity UK*****

I booked gravity in Castleford on…

EDIT *Since having this experience I have been in contact with the customer service director who rang me personally, I discussed with him the negative experience we had received. Shane listened, sympathised, and was genuinely interested in improving the experience of Gravity's customers. I genuinely feel lessons were learned and new strategies will be put in place for unexpected incidents in the future * I booked gravity in Castleford on Monday 22/08/2022, for Thursday 25/08/2022. Got there and it was shut due to an incident the previous weekend. I was told by an employee I should have had a call three days earlier. I didn't. When I had reception I checked my emails, and had received one at 9am from Gravity stating they weren't open and to call them to talk about how to proceed. Problem being we had already set off before we received the email, and why should I call them, they should have called me. So I tried to call the number a couple of times, and got plagued with an automated IVR. I finally gave up and messaged via messenger today 30/08/2022. They replied swiftly and asked to call me. I stated a time I was free, and they rang me shortly after. I was greeted on the phone by a female employee who sprang straight into reasons why it was cancelled, why no one had answered the phone, how large they were as a company resulting it being difficult to find my details, consequently leading them to not being able to contact me to sort out a refund. The reality is, the first thing that should have been done would be to offer a sincere and genuine apology. Then an explanation as to why it got cancelled, then a offer a refund. What I actually got was an ingenuine person making excuses. Not the sort of customer service I'd expect from this type of company, and suggest they invest in training and development of their customer service teams.

Love....Love...Love!!

Love....Love...Love!!! We had so much fun as a family here. We got here really early before our booking times (booked in advanced) and it was really quiet( just how i like it), we parked in the southside carpark, and it was really easy to get to through the shopping centre. It was only us four Karting which made my youngest son feel more at ease. They provide lockers where you put a pin in so no fussing about to find change. We were able to start our bowling and golf earlier as we were ready and this was not an issue at all for staff. They were friendly and made us all feel so welcome. We met PJ one of the managers here and he was amazing, funny, friendly and so helpful and went above and beyond to assit us. The atmosphere in Gravity is very easy going no hustle and bustle like some trips or outings in the summer holidays but also adventurous! It got busy throughout the day but it was manageable and not crammed. There's places to sit and chill with a drink or slushie or even to have something to eat. We ended up doing the karting, golf, bowling, amusements and VR gaming and I can honestly say it's been the best day of the summer holidays and would highly recommend anyone to come here young or old! A truly amazing day making fun memories for us .... thank you gravity and all your staff.

Will not disappoint

Amazing place. All the staff were friendly and very accomadating. My boys enjoyed every second and we will definately be returning. Great fun had and a decent price too 👍

So much fun!

I have been on two separate occasions with my daughter and my partner. She has just turned 20 month old and absolutely loves the trampolines. We bring her home and she wants to bounce on absolutely everything. She enjoys the lights and the toddler toys.

Good way to spend a morning

Had a lovely morning at gravity with my daughter, just what she needed to burn off some energy. Staff were friendly and helpful. She also loved the climbing wall. Will definitely return.

LEEDS GRAVITY

We visit the Leeds gravity centre every week for their autistic sessions on a Thursday evening. The staff are always very helpful and understanding of the childrens different disabilities which is great! The park is always clean and tidy and the coffee shop is a fab way to enjoy some free time while still watching the children play
