Gravity Active Entertainment has mixed reviews from customers. Customers particularly appreciate professional and service, though some mention concerns about customer service.
Great experience in northampton gravity. Yasin was on shift we had to speak to him regarding the little one with his age. He was very thorough and explained the rules. Little one seemed nervous to go on yasin was very good and encouraging good communication skills and a very nice lad to talk to. Thanks again and will be visiting again. Only down side is the price little expensive when taking three on.
Can't purchase parent and toddler session ticket for 4.5£ at the counter, however the price is showing on the screen behind.
I have been told to pay full price 29£ for a mum and a toddler.
Got angry, so checked online where is showing as fully booked, but the place almost empty.
Not surprised at all why is empty.
False advertising, place should be fined.
Never visit again.
The staff (Stevenage branch) were so amazing, especially the manager Sam and his colleague Will. We had a sen session for our son who is autistic for his 10th birthday. Sam did everything we asked for and more, nothing was too much. He even got Will to dress as Sonic Shadow as my son is a huge Sonic the Hedgehog fan.
The staff was showing tongue at children & being unhelpful. There was vomit in the trampoline which was not cleared. They used just cellophane tape to hold basket ball which was unsafe. The whole area looked worn out. I wouldn’t recommend .🤮
Great Birthday Party, really simple booking process they took down exactly what I needed and delivered on everything and more.
The children had a safe fun experience, at a very reasonable price. I would recommend using Gravity, since the party we have become VIB's which is a great saving especially how much we are going there.
The staff are all very friendly and helpful, the site is clean and tidy and the food is ok.
Great day out with the football team, brilliant event put on by the staff I didn't know they did such large group bookings.
Would highly recommend, a real bargain compared to other offerings
Fantastic experience. Visited the new site in London after visiting Bluewater Trampoline park and wow, another level, no trampolines in sight but spent hours in there having plenty of fun. I would recommend to everyone.
A few years ago this was great, now the venues are tired and worn, with staff uninspired by lacklustre management. There is no feeling of a customer focussed business.
Inane policies have crept in with having gravity specific socks (just wasteful and no more safe); the bar / cafe is understaffed and quality has dipped; and as to safety, management staff when faced with accident are hopeless - caring in regard to the company primarily, dismissive of record keeping / transparency.
Worst birthday experience at gravity trampoline Northampton
Birthday party for daughter not a very good experience. I have already emailed gravity trampoline with my complaint on 17th January but they’ve decided they don’t care and haven’t responded.
A lot went wrong:
Firstly on booking day I was told it was ok to pay for less than 10people we reserved a booking for 10 but was told that after we knew the exact number by the time we needed to pay then that’s what we would pay minus £50 deposit.
So on payment day, we were told we must pay for a minimum of 10 people (we wanted to pay for 8). We queried what we were told previously but they said no, a minimum of 10must be paid for.. okay so we paid for 10 people , obviously we were not happy.
Since we wanted to pay for 8 people, we had menus for 8 people which we booked on the day.
We obviously decided to add two more people later on to make up 10, which is what we paid for.
On party day, I told our host we booked for 8 but paid for 10 so we were going to add two more people on the day. So I asked if I could order their food as we didn’t do that on payment day.
The lady told us that it may not be possible to add more food, I insisted and told her we’ve already paid for 10 people and so 10 kids are coming so we need to order extra food for the 2 extra kids.
She said she would speak to her supervisor and see if that would be okay. (To be honest at this point, I’m thinking this should not be that complicated, adding two more courses for 2 children)
She came back and said that would be okay. So we were happy and said we could order later after we’ve settled.
But later on another lady took over as the host and I explained the above situation to her and she said she don’t think it would be possible but will speak to her supervisor, I said ok. She came back and said the supervisor has said ok but we must go to the restaurant on the lower floor and order ourselves and reference our party. When we did so, the restaurant refused and said that’s impossible and food must be ordered 10days prior. Which is a lie as we originally ordered our food for the 8 about 5days prior.
We returned upstairs told our host what the restaurant said and she said there is nothing they could do. So 2 children did not eat at the party, that’s totally unacceptable because 1 we paid for them and 2 they were excluded and went back home hungry. I had to apologise to their parents.
Seriously adding food should not be that difficult especially because it was a kids menu of chicken nuggets and burgers.
I have very good experience of doing children parties at various places like bowling or play areas and this has never been an issue, in fact if we had extra last minute people to add on the day of the party, we just ordered the food on the day and it has never felt this complicated.
That’s £40 you’ve taken from us for nothing, okay the kids got to play for 1 hour but that’s it.
2nd the party bundle includes unlimited juice, I had to chase our host to get drinks for the children who obviously were getting thirsty with all the play, it took 40minutes to get the juice, that’s a joke to be honest.
And the juice itself to be honest was not juice, it was just water with very little juice to add colour. It was disgusting. As I said I’ve had parties like this elsewhere and the juice has never been this bad.
3rd the party bundle included a slushy for the birthday girl, she never got that even though she asked for it, the fact we had to keep asking and chasing for everything was annoying considering I had other things to think about.
Lasty on booking day , I asked if they have invitation cards and the same lady said no but she said she will send them to us by email within 24 hours. We never received them.
This day was very stressful for us the parents, we left unhappy , 2 kids left hungry, we didn’t get everything that was promised and everything we paid for. It’s unfair.
Horrible. Booked the Go Karting for a birthday — they state you need to arrive 30 mins before the session begins, but we were 10 mins late because of traffic. Plenty of time to do the safety briefing, kit up and use our session. But the staff refused to let us use our session. Rude, and unsympathetic even for a birthday. Refused a refund due to a policy they have written on a board at the venue, but not in the confirmation emails.
Honestly, it trashed a birthday. Avoid this. It’s a rip-off, and it’s staffed by people who don’t care.
I booked 10 trampoline tickets for my son and his friends for 24 October. These are no longer required as the planned guests cannot come. Phoned the company to try to cancel (nearly £140 cost) to be told that there was only a 24 hour 'cooling off' period and that no refund was possible - only a voucher. Be aware of this. Once you have booked with these people, no matter what changes, after 24 hours, no refunds are available. Disgraceful. Avoid.
