The glass arrived fairly rapidly and was fit for purpose. I would recommend these guys to a friend.
Measured up for hearth chose it ordered it came earlier than expected looks fantastic BOOM 💥
Ordering process very straightforward. Product exactly as described. Delivered on time. What’s not to like.
Fast delivery. Colour and coverage looks great (no pun intended!), but i haven't used the chiminea since spraying it so i can't comment on the heat resistance.
Excellent once I had mastered the ordering process. Your system would insist that I wanted just one metre of fireproof ropes of various diameters instead of the various lengths I required.
Fast efficient service.
Very happy with my fire fender. Excellent service. One part of the firefender was not good, gratefireaccessories sent another one the next day. Really pleased with service received.
Grate...haha
Yes very good, I had an issue, however it was quickly sorted out and I had overall excellent service. I would recommend this company.
Everything I needed in one place. Service and delivery spot on. Would recommend this company for all your fireplace needs.
Swift delivery of order. Everything as required. Spot on.
Very helpful
Very happy with ordering process through website. Items I needed were in stock. This was the only website/company that stocked the 'almond' spray paint that I needed. Website has a vast amount of items for all my log burner needs! Delivery was fast. Can certainly recommend and will be using Grate Fireplace Accessories in future.
Very good product and bang on to the measurements I supplied.
Very helpful (and patient) - and great fireplace hearth delivered. Very pleased.
I ordered a fireplace grate to dress an open fireplace. Directions for measuring the space and required grate dimensions were clear. I placed my order late one evening and the grate was delivered within 48 hours. The grate itself is just what was required and fitted the space perfectly. The price was very reasonable. When placing the order, an error message popped up, but when I contacted customer services, they reassured me that this happened occasionally but that my order had been successfully placed. I cannot rate this company highly enough. I had found it difficult to identify a supplier of grates, but this company literally came up with the goods and their customer service was excellent, as were their delivery times. I have no hesitation in recommending them to you.
Delivery when expected, everything easy, fair price
Excellent service and great choice of products, also very helpful to choose the right items for my fire
I ordered free standing gas grate which was promptly delivered the very next day, every step of the way I was kept informed. I realised that I had ordered the incorrect size . I spoke with a lovely lady named Jo who was extremely helpful who suggested I sent my old grate to see if they could copy it . Fantastic courteous service and staff .would not hesitate to recommend Gratefireplaces .
After the tiles a fire :-) I was so pleased with the service and quality of tiles that i went ahead and purchased an electric fire on log stand. Once again i am not disappointed, it looks stunning in our conservatory
Beautiful fender and I want to thank Jo for all her help with the order.
