The glass arrived fairly rapidly and was fit for purpose. I would recommend these guys to a friend.
I needed a chrome surround & fret. It was bespoke as I have a listed fireplace. Spoke to Jo in the office who has been fantastic all the way, very prompt service and she is extremely helpful & pleasant. Great result
Well made, good looking items. Delivery was super quick, much earlier than stated ETA. Communication was perfect at every turn. A small snag was put right immediately without quibble. Faultless overall. Recommended.
Even though these guys did not have the item I wanted they still tried to help me out , not many companies would do this , therefore it's a five star review for the five star service
Just ordered a Tiger 8 spare part. Lady was lovely and instructions very clear. Advised when I could expect delivery.
Absolutely delighted with our companion set, which is of excellent quality and very study, and matches our wood burner perfectly. There was a delay in delivery but, after making enquiries, it was due to a shortage at the suppliers. The emails I exchanged with the company were very polite and apologetic. Received the companion set by express delivery - very impressed! Thank you to all concerned.
A fabulous product at very reasonable price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Grate Fireplaces to friends and family.
Great price and fast delivery.
Excellent service. The fire surround fitted beautifully and look great
Great product, easy to put together, and fits in the space reserved for it nicely. Much better and safer than piling up bags of coal in the garage! Should be big enough to last us through most of the winter as well.
Good prices and fast delivery. Thanks
The fender arrived promptly, fitting exactly and now looks very smart. It was very well packaged so that it arrived in mint condition.
Great service, will use again for replacement parts for my stove
Great service
Grate service!
Perfect fit and quick delivery
Quick delivery, fab product
The ash tray was delivered in good time, and fitted perfectly! It continues to do a sterling job - completely satisfied & whole-heartedly recommend GFA.
Just received our goods and they’re fantastic. Such a pleasure when a plan comes together. Many thanks to Jo at Grate Fireplace for her help and support….. so much appreciated. Please pass on my thanks to the fabricator too as their packaging of the fireplace trim was first class.
As description
