Real people who listen and care
A friend has been trying to sort out a problem with her electricity company. She is convinced that "Jilly" who replies to her messages is a robot who keeps sending the same irrelevant material. I have had the opposite experience at Good Energy. Millie, and now Hannah, are certainly real people who have been endlessly patient with me even when I got confused between a fuse box and a metre! Their patience and understanding and skill at explaining are outstanding. Thank you
