Out of the ordinary enquiry by me, dealt with immediately!
When ringing Good Energy, I have always found their staff polite and helpful. Yesterday's experience was no exception, but it was truly exceptional how McLean of Home Team A dealt with my unusual request there and then. No "We'll get back to you" or "I'll pass it on to...", no "I'll just put you on hold". McLean just kept the line open while he worked through how to get the information that I required from their system, and I received an email confirming it while we were talking. Why can't all companies treat their customers this way? First class!
