After several emails with Good Energy, I decided to call their Customer Services line and quite quickly got through to Donna M. She was not only extremely efficient, but also polite and friendly. Having grasped the issues with my account she quickly advised on the course of action that she would be taking in order to get things resolved, and even followed up with an email. Great experience of their customer care team, and a 5 star appreciation of Donna M. Thanks!

Good Energy have been consistently excellent in their customer service and friendliness. They're not necessarily the cheapest, but I think what makes them stand apart is the service you receive and, importantly, they're actually investing in Green energy infrastructure!

Over the last few weeks since our move (that sad meant leaving our solar panels behind) Johnny at Good Energy has provided excellent service in helping to resolve issues around the transfer of ownership. Good Energy picked up the pieces left unresolved by the conveyancing solicitor!!

Being a new account holder, I have had a few issues getting everything set up. I have been so impressed with the service I have received from Gifty. Everything was quickly and professionally sorted out. In addition there were no long waiting periods on the phone or communicating with a machine. I cannot speak too highly about Gifty and this company.
