I really liked good energy but...
I really liked good energy, but they made some big errors that have cost me after moving house. Great customer service, but just useless when it comes to helping me manage my payments - I thought the bill was too low but they said not. Then it turns out I owed them hundreds even though I'd told them it was too low. Then to compound matters the smart meter stopped working, it took over 4 months to sort out and they sent out endless contract engineers to my house and in the end they just needed to activate some setting remotely to get it to work - in the meantime it meant my readings were off and added more to my arrears.
