Good Energy are fantastic. They are so helpful, so kind and they go the extra mile for you. I have been helped greatly by someone called McLean at Good Energy and they have gone out of their way and over and beyond to help me with some serious challenges in sorting out some challenges I have been facing as a former traveler and now townie, trying to get around not having various documents or a proper bank account to pay bills. They are competitively priced too and for Good clean energy as well. They send you a lovely welcome email when you join with a personal video greeting in from the CEO of the company and they set you up with an account fast and migrate you over fast from another supplier. They are flawless and highly efficient and professional and you feel like you are joining a family not just an energy supplier. They wished me good luck in my job interview and the personal touch and kind helpful emails make you realize very quickly that you are in safe and good hands, they are not just "Good Energy" they are 'GOOD' on every possible level they could be. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Brilliant company and highly recommended, my advice - switch over now to Good Energy and get looked after. They are the very best there is I am sure. Thank you to Good Energy and McLean for looking after me so well I can't thank you enough it means a lot to me. You are the very best there is. I am glad I decided to sign up with you.

Good Energy are my Feed-in Tariff provider, and through them I send in my solar generation figures and they pay me for what I generate. This system has never gone wrong in the 7 years I have been using it, and Good Energy (recently Millie C in particular) are very responsive, and accurate, in providing speedy answers or next steps as required (such as when I needed to change my email userid). I can’t fault them, hard as I might try!
I feel that I ought to leave a five-star review for this company as since I have been with them for electricity supply for a year (but have been dealing with the company regarding solar panels for longer) they have been an excellent example of an approachable company. The bigger companies could and should learn a few lessons from. In recent times I have dealt with customer services through Khadija who could not be more helpful. Whether it's a question, refund requests or direct debit alterations I have had a reply usually within 24 hours. There is a phone number that you can use which gets answered. Many larger companies seem to me to have purposely distanced themselves from customers which is many things, saving them money, preventing customers getting quick and easy advice and is both frustrating and annoying at the same time. Thankfully this does not apply to Good Energy. I just hope as this company naturally grows that they do not lose the responsive and personal contact with their customers (sadly this is something that the likes of BT in particular and British Gas should learn from! I made a request by email for a one-off paper copy of our May bill to be sent by post to support personal identification for another purpose. Natasha was very prompt in replying to say that this could be done. I'm giving four stars rather than five, because two weeks after the bill date I felt I needed to send a reminder as time was running short. After doing this we received the bill by post in 3-4 days. Thanks Good Energy for helping us in this way.

Arran was very helpful today. I was upset because my bill was being increased. I explained that I felt this was in error and he explained the options of going into credit but also noted that I has just made a payment that day and was not in arrears. We agreed to maintain the DD as was.
Manashi was fantastically helpful when I phoned with queries, following an equally helpful session with Uday regarding EV installation. It was wonderful to talk to warm human beings.

Good customer service from Khadija sorting out our considerable credit with Good Energy. However it is disappointing that Good Energy doesn't monitor customers' limits more carefully of its own accord and always over-estimates how much energy our household will use. (Despite several years' worth of stats.)

Over the years that I have used GOOD ENERGY, I have always found their service to be such a relief. Their people are well-trained, knowledgeable, honest and extremely helpful. I was worried that I was being scammed by unsolicited calls from an unknown company saying I needed a smart meter installed. I called GOOD ENERGY and spoke to McLean in Home Team A. He checked everything, said he would put an expert in contact with me and also double checked to see if I would qualify for GOOD ENERGY's Priority Services Register -- which I do and which will give me benefits of which I was previously unaware. My experience on this call was absolutely typical of the no-nonsense, quick and efficient way that GOOD ENERGY treats the people it serves! Richard (London)
