Any time Good Energy contact me, it’s usually to tell me I’m in credit each month, this is an unusual experience for me as I never had credit with Utility Warehouse. The staff are so helpful, they email me and I can respond immediately, no messing. Nessa dealt with me recently and helped me get my £68 credit into my account - marvellous !

I have previously had a terrible experience but things have changed! Gifty was very efficient and sorted everything out without the need to call. Your App is much improved but still needs some tweaks eg was unable to change a direct debit without submitting a meter readout Ngah but I have a smart meter. You can’t submit a reading if you have smart meter….
My old meters had come to the end of their lives, so I had to switch to smart meters. Gemma S explained the process and reassured me about the functionality of the new meters, going to great lengths to answer all my questions.... Excellent customer service.
Emailed on the weekend requesting a refund from my account, didn’t think I would hear back for a few days, but got a very quick response. Very impressed!

I had an increasing balance in my favour and wanted to sort it out. I sent an email. Matt responded straight away with a set of suggestions which seemed very reasonable to me and to which I agreed. By the next morning all was put in place. Excellent customer service.
