Good Energy definitely manages its customers considering their effective needs and challenged. Customer service is efficient and NEVER forgot to give feedback in regards to the final resolution of am issue I faced with my smart meter. All in all, a provider that is an example to follow.
The Good Energy, representative Laura, was so friendly knowledgeable and so helpful, she's an asset for the Good Energy company.
I find then efficient and easy to contact by phone if I have a query.
I had a problem with my meter verification getting it to you spoke to Manashi and she advised me to download the App once I done that it was so easy could not go wrong well done Manashi great advise and very helpful
I had to sort out a problem that couldn’t be resolved on the app or website. My call ( Using the phone number that’s easy to find and not hidden like on most websites) was answered very quickly by Michaela ( Yes a human not a chatbot) She was very helpful and resolved my issue straight away. I don’t have to call them very often but every time I have it has been resolved cheerfully and promptly by a polite and knowledgeable agent.

Just a comment about giving you the monthly meter reading: My method: Check the meter - write an email - send it - done! Online method as suggested: Check the meter - go online on the computer to the correct site - click on the correct box - 'and then in your words' - "to get started" (which always means completing the correct boxes; and then it goes on and on) I know which method is easier and quicker!
I had a billing query which was resolved and also asked for the frequency of my meter readings to be improved which was also expedited Manashi was pleasant to deal with and efficient
Although I would have preferred to be able to submit my reading automatically. Message was very helpful, prompt and polite. She is great at customer service.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Good Energy. It is difficult to see how it could have been bettered. From my initial contact with them (where I established that they could integrate my old solar panels with their new system - something that Octopus couldn't do), through to the survey, and on to the fitting of the solar panels and battery, I didn't have a single complaint about their work. On the contrary, they were very professional throughout. I was already a customer of Good Energy for my supply of gas and electricity, and will certainly continue with them.
The problem is remembering how to find the link to send FiT reading on, but once I worked it out it was fine. The response was that I had more than expected, but we have had the sunniest summer for many years! Thank you.

Was unable to get quotes for a new supply due to my meter being classed as PC3. Needed it changed to PC1. Delt with Michaela who was polite, efficient and prompt in all correspondence. I cannot thank her enough. So much so, its made us think twice about switching as I find it hard to believe that this customer service would be matched if we were with another utility company.
