A Review for a 5 star company …
I feel that I ought to leave a five-star review for this company as since I have been with them for electricity supply for a year (but have been dealing with the company regarding solar panels for longer) they have been an excellent example of an approachable company. The bigger companies could and should learn a few lessons from. In recent times I have dealt with customer services through Khadija who could not be more helpful. Whether it's a question, refund requests or direct debit alterations I have had a reply usually within 24 hours. There is a phone number that you can use which gets answered. Many larger companies seem to me to have purposely distanced themselves from customers which is many things, saving them money, preventing customers getting quick and easy advice and is both frustrating and annoying at the same time. Thankfully this does not apply to Good Energy. I just hope as this company naturally grows that they do not lose the responsive and personal contact with their customers (sadly this is something that the likes of BT in particular and British Gas should learn from!
