Request for paper copy of bill
I made a request by email for a one-off paper copy of our May bill to be sent by post to support personal identification for another purpose. Natasha was very prompt in replying to say that this could be done. I'm giving four stars rather than five, because two weeks after the bill date I felt I needed to send a reminder as time was running short. After doing this we received the bill by post in 3-4 days. Thanks Good Energy for helping us in this way.
