Quick and easy to book and they were very patient and informative while we were deciding on cabin location and extras etc.

Booked special holiday beginning of the year for our birthday. Had to cancel as my husband had some health issues. Adam was very helpful with his advice and we booked another holiday for next year closer to home. All going well we will look forward to that.

I booked a cruise and stay holiday with galaxy and was very lucky to be assigned Brian to sort it out,Brian was very knowledgeable and above very polite and gave me very good information when I questioned some minor details,he explained why he had allocated certain hotels in Taipei,Singapore and Bali and sorted out the best stateroom available ,I would like to say that galaxy cruise are very lucky to have a member of staff like Brian and he is a credit to galaxy,we are now just waiting until fly of on our holiday thanks to Brian,and I owe a very large drink if we ever meet,thankyou
