Only booked up to now & it's for Sept 2026 so not experienced the holiday yet & the arrangements but I can say that Ziya has been very responsive during our emails both before and after I booked the package
Adam was very pleasant, professional and most helpful with my cruise enquiry and booking, he made the extra days requested seamless and easy, as with the whole transaction.
The reasons we booked our cruise were twofold
1) The ability to give an all inclusive price including air fares 22 months from departure date
2) Very helpful sales person and competitive price
Firstly I am always suspicious when nearly all positive reviews have a company contact's name in them.
I booked a cruise and Galaxy took the whole amount on my credit card and issued an automated receipt by email but no confirmation arrived. Called the company and left message and received a callback to say there was no cabin, would I accept another date etc. The money was refunded after 3 days following phone calls. I have never before dealt with a holiday company that takes money when they can't fulfil their obligations. Be warned !
Can I add this was not a last minute cruise or deal. We do have a cabin booked through another agent and the departure date is still four weeks time.
I have been booking with this travel cruise agency for some time now. I have booked and cruised many times and have had no problems with straightforward and honest bookings. They don't push you to book the cruise while enquiring about the price of the cruise. They don't tell you that the price is only valid on the phone.
We dealt with Adam from beginning of the booking to the very end when heading home.
Without exception Adam has been open and honest and extremely responsive to our queries no matter what they were. Although there were issues with the NCL Dawn cruise, our choice, and the hotel in Mauritius, again our choice, Adam has been there to support us quickly and without hesitation.
